    Excellent. 👍👍👏👏👌
    I believe this is exactly the way the Clean was done in that great Olympic weightlifting lift called the Clean & Press, probably the supreme one lift test of overall body strength & probably still the best one lift that trains the body for such strength & power.

      wasn't it banned in the 70's because it was hard to judge?

      Everyone is half right... The clean and press was indeed removed from the Olympics however the clean and jerk is still there. Point beeing that the clean part of the move, as seen in this video, is still there in the Olympics. It is an awesome sight to see.

      It is perfectly fine to experience it as difficult. After all, this is an Olympic athletic sport! This takes years! 🔥🔥🔥

    You burn a lot of calories during your workouts in a short amount of time. Olympic lifts are a great way to decrease body fat, build muscle, increase strength and maximize your time strength training

    I like these kind of videos with every single explanation of the movement. But I think it would be more professional to watch in front or saggital view imo.

    A lot of these videos show people continuing to squat down after the bar is received, probably because they're demonstrating with too little weight and pulling high enough that they are basically doing a power clean with a pointless squat added in

    • @GlitchWarrior1
      @GlitchWarrior1 Год назад +2

      Power clean is a derivative of clean lmao… a clean is with the “pointless squat” included. And a power clean is without the squat

    • @acook213
      @acook213 4 месяца назад

      Yeah I actually had a similar thought… it looks like she’s “adding” the squat in as a separate movement. Glad it wasn’t just me who noticed that.

    • @aduantas
      @aduantas 4 месяца назад

      @@GlitchWarrior1 that is wrong, a clean starts lower because the weight is heavier than in a power clean, you don't do a squat for no reason, that would make no sense in competitive sport
