    Your passion and willingness to get the work done at the highest possible quality is really an inspiration. No cutting corners here. I wish I can find contractors with this sense of ownership and quality you have. Very satisfying to watch.

    Great job and reflection on the project! Van floors/any van fit outs are easy to underestimate! And working outside of your own workshop is always tricky when you don't have all the tools at your disposal. A shop vac and knee pads for site work can do wonders for your productivity. Loving your work and enjoying your short form content as well. Keep it up!

    Their work culture reminds me of the small spin studio I work for part time. I can’t wait to see what the future holds in store. Not just for your own personal development but one within a community focused on helping people.

    Great video and build. Smart to layer up the floors. Van floors are thin. We used to carry sport bikes in the back of our van and ended up denting the floor. Ha. Super video! Cheers! 🙂🤙

    Always nice to have an update! It looks like opportunity comes from both expected and unexpected places, for you guys. This recent job has definitely expanded your experience. Also, I totally understand your partners "needing to stay busy". Maybe some day you'll do a behind the scenes look at his work, IE camera, editing, etc.

    Amazing job. This type of work is in big demand. I have a cousin who has been doing mobility for decades now, and he often has to turn away work because it gets so busy. They not only do vehicles, but do work on homes such as ramps, and elevators. All of this seems something you would be ideal at.

    • @ClarasWoodshop

      Absolutely - And those are such good ideas too. It feels good to be helping where I can - and I'm glad they're not only amazing people but completely okay with working around my schedule so that I can continue my creative pursuits and business as well :-)

    Nice and fulfilling work. 💪
    Are the cut in's standard? perhaps a couple simple plywood jigs for a router to speed some of the cut outs since you will be doing this again? Since the plywood gets covered you could just screw them down temporarily

    • @ClarasWoodshop
      @ClarasWoodshop  Год назад +1

      Yeah, good idea - I think clamping should also work too instead of screwing them down - even though the plywood would be covered, I would hate to leave holes in it.

    • @mongocrock
      @mongocrock Год назад

      @Clara's Woodshop All the better if they can be clamped. I appreciate your level of desire for quality.
      As a counter thought there are plenty of 18th century masterpieces with nail holes in the inside of the carcass where battens were nailed in place to provide a reference for sawing or planning dado's. Doesn't detract from their majesty.
      Either way excellent work 💪
