Special Investigating Unit head, Andy Mothibi, says bribery and corruption have become endemic at various Home Affairs Refugee Reception Centres. The SIU raided all the centres across five provinces earlier today. Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi and Mothibi led the operations in Pretoria. #enca #dstv403
