I started following you when you were a classroom teacher and given that you have added some of those elements of teaching into the library under your watch you should have instituted a behavior management scheme too and specifically when the year is winding down on everyone and the summer energy is in the air which means some of those students are probably trying to make last minute memories with their friends before summer. Remember. No behavior management means no teaching.
