I love how respectful Kwesi and Keith were when it came to how Keith’s facemasks came out. I was happy when they switched without a problem but did it in a way that was positive
I'm so glad they switched! Kwesi in the makeup mask was perfection!
I agree somewhat, but I would have found it really bad of people would have made a real problem of it. Blackface is bad, a wrong thing to do. But this wouldn't have been that, in no way was there any of that going on. Awareness is important, but it shouldn't be built on people being afraid.
@@fleurtherabbit yea it’s pretty obvious they weren’t trying to do blackface as the foundation was a close match to Keith’s skin. Prolly all the extra stuff and that pill that changed the face mask. But it would be a lil problematic if Keith wore it and it literally stained his face brown. Definitely would’ve gave a side eye if they kept that part in🤷🏾♀️
@@fleurtherabbit Definitely, but in entertainment, you always have to be extra careful. Even if their audience understands the intent and are aware of the context, as well as aware of how respectful the team is, all it takes is one dissenter or someone screenshotting Keith in "black face" to cause a massive issue in the channel or on the internet. It's such a charged issue that it's just better to avoid even a hint of it.
(Also, the make up could have transferred and stained Keith's skin, which again could be seen as problematic.)
I love how they were like "we know what this looks like. This isn't what it looks like. So we're going to make sure it isn't what it looks like"

I love that the guys don’t remember things they or other Try Guys have done in other videos, so they in turn make the same bad mistake. Keith had put the peanut butter powder in his mouth, and Ned had to pour milk in it to essentially make it into peanut butter so he wasn’t dying anymore. This was during a food competition video, I believe it was one of the cooking competitions with the wheel, but I can’t remember exactly

Try guys! a lot of people i know have had horrific experiences with better help, the therapist no show and have complete disrespect for their patients. it really discourages people who are unsure about pursuing therapy and is very harmful. i know you need sponsors to do what you do but please look into it! love you guys❤️

Not only that but there are serious concerns about how they uphold privacy which is even more important with therapy. They also treat their providers horribly. It is a lose lose for clients and for therapists many who are just starting out.
