Matoke Recipe | Matoke in Peanut Sauce | Matoke in Ground nut Sauce

  • This is a simple Matoke recipe with simple ingredients:
    You will need:
    Matoke/raw banana(choose the nice type)
    Tomatoes
    Onions
    Salt
    Water
    Cookies oil
    Bell peppers (optional)
    NB: Portions will depend on your family size or the amount of people you are cooking for.
    For the peanut/groundnut sauce:
    Raw ground peanuts
    Water
    Onions and tomatoes (optional)
    Drop of cooking oil if you’ll use onions, leave out if not.
    Salt to taste.
    Ratio of water to ground peanuts is 2:1.
    You can add more water if you prefer a lighter consistency.

    In Uganda we call that 'katogo k'ebinyebwa' 😊

    Your cooking is more fashionable than it is comprehensive , adding salt , oiling hands etc _ just be normal _ ordinary _ you could learn something of the whys _ basics

    The peeling is wrong , addition of salt in tomatoes is wrong and peanuts aren't suitable for both the heart and chest , you could ve make a zucchini sauce _ would. ve been lighter.sorry I wasn't gentle.
