So informative and this helps and works well on a slopping site regarding a stepped building on it. Thanks for the informative knowledge.😁

when drawing the plan region on the walls, it is actually better to draw the plan region over the whole lifted/different level so everything you see will be on the correct cut plane.
For bigger projects it is easier to have separate floorplans for different floor levels (that are split or have different heights just like in the video) so you can avoid making mistakes of putting wrong level constraints when drawing on it.
    Great video :D

Great video! I have an issue in drawing a step up from the front of my house to the back on both the first and second floors. This provides me with a very workable solution. Thank you!

I just dumped earth to build a split unit. My wife wanted the bedrooms separate from the living room. The kitchen is at the back. It's a single storey house.

What about issues with the Base levels of rooms associated with these new levels? If created on the existing plan views then there are issues with adjusting the base level.

Fantastic tutorial, thanks! But I have a problem with not being able to see the furniture on my split level floors. They are lower than the original buildings floors.any ideas please what I can try. I’ve tried adjusting the view range.

Is this the only way to do middle levels, because in practice I faced problems with bottom and top wall, window, door categories snaping to those middle levels. And this is painful to always check, if this is a right level to snap
