    Just jump to 3.00 if you want to miss all the pointless waffle about ovens and where to buy a heat gun. Three minutes before he actually does anything useful.
    Oh, and save some time, skip to the end, it doesn't work.

      The process does work, albeit not as good as cooking images off in an oven, however no method will completely burn a sublimated image off ( that I have found at least) and the pointless waffle is on all my videos, (so if u don’t like to hear me talk u should skip my videos entirely)I like to just aimlessly talk to those that will listen… lol!! 😂 thanks for watching and for your feedback!!

    I have a heat gun but it's not very strong what is the minimum wattage for a heat gun

    • @TouchofClassCreations
      @TouchofClassCreations  2 года назад

      I am not sure the minimum wattage on heat guns, I am by no means an expert, I would say it’s got to be able to heat up to at least sublimation temp, so at least 365, I would say any of the 1600 or 1800 watt ones they sell on Amazon would work

    What temperature in the oven? Do you have to use a convection oven?

    • @TouchofClassCreations
      @TouchofClassCreations  5 месяцев назад +1

      In an oven I would cook at least at 365, in my oven I do at 400 degrees to burn the image off, and I do use a convection oven, usually about 40 min or so. Here is a link to a video I did using oven

    How close are you holding that gun to tumbler?

    • @TouchofClassCreations
      @TouchofClassCreations  Год назад

      Probably should hold 10-12 inches out, I might have been a little closer😜

    Was there a lot of fumes?

    • @TouchofClassCreations
      @TouchofClassCreations  10 месяцев назад

      It wasn’t too bad, although I still think cooking the image off in an oven is the easiest if u have a little oven or tumbler press available. If u are sensitive to fumes I would wear a mask or do in a well ventilated area still

    Can I use a toaster oven just to bake off?

    • @TouchofClassCreations
      @TouchofClassCreations  Год назад

      I am sure any oven for about 40-45 min at 400 will bake it off, just make sure u don’t cook in oven after, sublimation gasses can be toxic

    Will this work on a license plate as well?

    • @TouchofClassCreations
      @TouchofClassCreations  Год назад

      I have only ever tried it on a tumbler, but I would guess it would work on pretty much any sublimation hard substrate as the gas would cook off at the activated temperature
