My neck is sore from shaking my head 😅 Hi Jason and Manu, these places are off the charts mate! Breathtaking luxury for sure! You would have to hire a live in crew to take care of that property. Just amazing homes I wish I could afford. I love seeing the top of the line properties because of the design and the furniture arrangements. These places never get old, just like Del Mare! And if it's such a great investment, why isn't the owner holding on to it?
That not for Farangs. More for locals. But there are some places ther for that. There are some reason why to sell.
Another great video, 1st property is hands down the best out of the two in my opinion especially as it's now reduced from 39 million to 36 million so it's even cheaper than the 2nd property.

Love the videos. We have visted numerous times for a month at a time. We are planning to offically move as expats perm, 1st quarter of 25'. We are looking at The Whale or a couple places just north of Pattaya. Could you recommend an agent also a tax person and someone who could facilitate our visas etc? Or should we just wait and do it when we get there? Trying to cross all our T's. Thanks again for any advice and keep up the videos. They are helping us get a feel for more of the area we have not explored.

What is the official way to number floors in Thailand, the USA way (ground floor = 1st floor) or the European way (1st floor is 1st up the stairs).
Yeah the second villa could do with some nicer furniture and decorations. Ground floor in a house is 1st floor.
