Wow! Both are fantastic in size, location and decor choices. I swooned at the size of the second one's balcony. Perfect as I spend so much time on my own small balcony.
However, I'm going to have to vote for the first one.

If I was in the market for property in Thailand I would hold off for now as china is having it rough at the moment and that will have a massive impact on the market,properties will probably fall in price by at least 20% within the next six months so hold off and wait to get a bargain. This is definitely the sort of apartment I would look for something with space and not your usual shoe box, they are still overpriced but like I’ve said prices are about to plummet mark my words.

I love them both, but the balcony on the second one, is the one for me. I chose my current condo mostly for the size of the balcony, but this one takes that to a new level. Stunning, and the price is not bad either. Although you will get a big poolhouse on the countryside for that price, location matters. Thanks guys, I think these will sell reasonably quick 😊😊

I love them both, however, despite the enormous balcony of the second condo, I'm more partial to the first one shown. There's less I would do to update it and I'd love to use the added bedroom as an office and perhaps the storage area as a laundry room. If I were there now, both condos would rank high on my list as purchases. Thanks for not showing us another shoebox condo 🤣

Really like the second one, very nice , I agree with a lot of comments in your last few videos , I think pricing will drop soon, given the end of high season (some would argue there wasn’t one 😉) but also with the Chinese economy hurting , there will be a lot of desperate owners needing to get people into their condos, it will be a renters market , well I’m hoping so especially in May when I need to find a 2 bedder 😆🤞

I hope you and others are right but at the moment it’s bloody busy and the rentals are getting snapped up, I was in Bang Saray yesterday at my old favourite Del Mare and spoke to two agents, nothing available on the Pattaya side of the building at all 😮

Good size condo indeed nicely finished very much so is that a ceramic bath or plastic reinforced bath.Pool at the door yes.I would have a Smart TV 75cm a good price for number one jason.Would remove the wood cabinet in the second villa they always cram in stuff for the main bedroom.
They are nice mate, not sure about the bath, assumed it was ceramic! I personally liked the second one mainly because of the balcony but pool access is also a great feature.

I'm a very old fart, i have NOT had a bath since i was a kid. I cannot understand the wasted space. In saying that, if i had the money, i'd be a customer. 3rd floor would be perfect. I wouldn't want to be having a few cold ones on the balcony and hear someone screaming and gasping while he/she is drowning and interfering with my peacefullness. Quite disturbing, i should imagine. You are realxing with a couple of wilted roses, Lea Salangor singing ' Time to Say Goodbye ' and someone is gasping and and screaming Save me, Save, GASP sav.. me and Man Who turns up, empty handed i reckon and splashes and soakes the wilted roses see through bikini's. No thanks mate, i'll have to live like a poreper and dream. BRILLIANT joints though, but thanks for the great offers JAS. YOU DA MAN.

The first one looks great if you have the coin, in Australia i have a 3 bed 2 bath i could rent for 600 a week so i would definitely rent there

Sorry to see the contractors installed the built-in air conditioners, They cost more to operate (power) They're noisy, and hard to tear apart to clean. Wall mount A/C's are much better and you get a choice to upgrade.

I've viewed both these properties and Serenity is by far the best, it has a decent sized swimming pool and additional facilities such as the gym. The swimming pool in Gardenia however is no more than an afterthought, it`s the size of a large bath and knee high all round. Both are also overpriced, bought to be flipped for profit.

It is good that’s for sure. No new buildings at this stage, there is a construction site down the road on the beach but no idea what they are building 😊
Two classy condo's more the type of thing I'd be looking for. Question, what would the monthly retail price be on these if looking at them to rent out as a business opportunity?
Probably at least 45,000/month, for comparison there is a 50sqm one bedroom in Riviera Monaco Jomtien and it’s 35,000/month

Seems there is no such thing as a small condo just across the border in Malaysia. Unfortunately, they are still stuck in America with sq feet, which for a New Zealander annoying to have to convert especially when Malaysia is supposed to be part of our commonwealth!
Okay maybe I need to come and have a look at some and do a comparison with here! That would be annoying in not been metric.
