The PB in J63-PB stands for Persistent/Permanent Beading which is how Gore describes the material, dont know why acronym changed it to Film Out on later jackets
Honestly it's been 2-3 years that i really don't like the direction they are taking aesthetically, creatively. So i still wear my acr collection (J67-FO, J1L-GT for example) in cold season and still enjoying it, looking forward for that period of the year, ,mixing with shadow project pieces and it feels great. That being said, with each new collection i wish to really like the new items. It's not happening. It's been quite the opposite and i feel less and less invested in the brand.
I feel you man, I also still very much enjoy what I have, but seldom see new stuff I like. On the other hand, maybe it's a good thing. FOMO eliminated😅
@@AggaCityGang Agreed man !, I'm satisfied with what i have in term of jacket. Like you said, i will probably resupply in pants at some point, especially P30A-DS and P-10E.
I still really enjoy acronym contents. As for the brand I do appreciate how much more affordable and accessible it has become especially when they’re on discount. I enjoying wearing acronym less for style or hype but strictly for the functionality aspect. Every piece that I own was purchased for very specific purposes to my daily use. I completely agree with you on the p43. I don’t get to wear it much but when that situation calls for it I think it’s super good.

I love acronym, but as I've grown up I stared to notice the main acronym pieces i use the most are the ones that aren't anything aesthetically too crazy. My p10, p37, j44l, and LA10 come to mind. Do still wear things like my p23 or my j72? Yes, but the versatility of my simplistic pieces does a lot more for me. I can throw them on at any time and it looks good and still functional. New age acronym seems to be going into that "avant-garde" direction, and it just kills appeal for me. I really hope they go back to basics with future designs, or if they do continue down this route why not also re release updated older models. I know there's plenty of people that would love a pair of p37s or a j72.
yeah get where you are coming from. I wear most of my techwear when I travel for work as its really versatile. For me, its J97/J16/J101/LA6K/P37/P47. After all, I can't show up a business meeting looking like its a metalgear boss battle showdown

Really enjoyed the video Agga. I love casual reviews like this. Would love to see more in-depth reviews of Acronym and the like. Answering your question, I'm actually a huge fan of some of Acronym's recent work. I picked up quite a few pieces from this season and have been rotating through them quite often. I've become even more into the brand because of this season. I understand why some legacy buyers aren't into the new direction, but personally I feel like it's a great twist on the brand that has allowed me to match Acronym with some other labels in my closet (Not just building Acronym uniforms everyday ha!). (Specifically, I love my SK30, SP57-DS, SP38-M, J1WB-E, J123A-GT, and J118-WS-EX) I also really love the inclusion of the spike tape items. I know that's a super niche take, but I find myself wearing the spiked Acronym more often than non-spiked. I'm going to take your side on the J100-FO/WS though. It's not that it's wide or the material is strange, it's that it's not a good-looking jacket at all. The fact that both iterations have all sizes in stock right now says that most agree. Looking forward to more videos man! Keep it up!
I personally enjoy the acronym videos, be it piece reviews or seasonal reactions. Price aside, I would love to experience the J100-FO. It's been styled with SK30DS, and it lends itself well to the samurai aesthetic with the sleeves out. The pocket in the front is kind of what kills the vibe for me. otherwise, along with P59-E, it's just dune vibes. I think the strap for the phone pocket is weird, but i see the function i guess, just extra security with gravity, I think the overall silhouette is great. i got into acr post-17 around 22, and i suppose i could be considered an enjoyer of late-gen pieces/seasons. i enjoy the blazers lows as my first shoe collab, first pants/piece was alpha green P34DS, and slowly building collections from there.
