I'm not necessarily into denim, mainly because it is such a staple in "boring fashion", and like 90% of the people on the street wear "jeans", but maybe some more intricate looking "workwear" that is made of denim. I have been looking into it already. I do like those Levi's Vintage Clothing pieces and the like, from a heritage perspective, but still the fact they are "jeans", is holding me back.

Hi, can you please tell me if the size chart on the Acronym website matches the actual measurements? For example, size M pit to pit 61 centimeters? I have doubts about the size. My height is 1.80, weight is 83kg. Do you think it is better to buy size M or L?

Nice! You you will be starting to see more natural fabrics on this channel in the near future. Right now one of my favorites is Silk Noil!

Moving fully away is kind of hard, but I am definitely going that direction yeah. I recently went vintage shopping for a classic gangster themed murder mystery game and found all these amazing designer clothes on Vinted, and that got me reappreciating natural fabrics like the different types of wool, alpaca, llama, merino, mohair, but also silk (noil) and the different weaves and qualities of cotton, but also leathers, so that opened up a new hyper focus, and there is so much good, high quality used designer stuff to find on platforms like Vinted now that have relative good search engines allowing me to filter on fabrics. My most typed sentence of the past few months is "can I see the fabric label" 😂 Stylewise I will bee most going the direction of Buzz Rickson. I've always liked (and owned) vintage military stuff and it is also blendible with some (Acronym) stuff I already have and will be keeping like P26-S or J65-KM

I don't really know what you are actually asking. An "Acronym jacket" can be quite a lot of different kinds of garments. Not every Acronym jacket would be suitable to snowboard in if you are looking for protection from the elements. Snowboarding in a J97-M? Probably not that great. In a J43-GT, with a fixed hood, probably a lot better. I know people who snowboard in Acronym jackets, and they enjoy it. I would "recommend" you asking yourself if you are going to cry if you fall down and rip your 2K designer jacket in half 🥲, let that be your answer. But above all realise that Acronym is a "streetwear" brand, and not an outdoor/performance brand. No Acronym jackets are specifically designed for winter sports. If you want the perfect jacket for snowboarding, get a snowboard jacket by Burton or some other dedicated winter sports brand. Or just wear your Acronym jacket, look cool, and accept the risks. Ah shit, I'm afraid you are correct I got confused because I think the FW15 an FW16 are the exact same model, just black in 2015 and olive in 2016...but I can't find a definitive source to confirm this. Thanks for pointing this out!

Hm, for me it's not an issue at all, but I do have quite flat feet, so that might be the issue for you. Maybe you can try folding the back part down first, sliding your foot in, and then trying to slide the back over your heel. But if that doesn't work, I wouldn't force it too much if I were you. If you stretch the opening, it will be too loose on your foot, it's not elastic, and won't snap back. These shoes are a bit too expensive to "ruin" like that I think. I'm afraid they might just not be great for your feet type, you'll need shoes with a wide opening that can be tightened via laces or some other mechanism.

@ all good! just wanted to add some clarity. not clear if this is actually a new GT formulation or just a new description, as the nylon face fabric on older GT jackets may also be PA6. FWIW I work a lot with different types of nylon for additive manufacturing. PA6 is known to have excellent material properties, but is the most hygroscopic (vs PA12 or copolymers). not sure how that translates to PA textile fibres though!
