Because my brother and I like fresh food straight from the stove like the way our mom use to make my brother girl have a hard time keeping up the standard 😊. I don't eat much and ended up in the hospital for 3 days. So I thought I better learn to cook Haiti food instead of Sandwich 😊. The way you show it, let me know it's not that hard like I thought 👍. Kareen Mondesir frozen squash works fine. I did it last year and loved it. Saves on time too. I think she did blend it skin on. Probably won’t matter since you have to strain it anyway 🤷🏾♀️

Can you tell me if you discarded the hard cover of the squash or did you blend it too
I left the rind on and I blended it and then I used a strainer for the puree to catch any of the rind that wasn't blended.

U must take the skin off. But frozen squash works great too.
