  • Badam Pisin Payasam | No cooking |Healthy Almond gum payasam for summer special
    Ingredients:
    Badam Pisin 1 tbspn (soak over night) in a glass of water.
    To extract coconut milk :
    Coconut half chopped
    Badam 10-12 nos
    Cashew 10-15 nos
    Cardamom powder 1 tspn
    Jaggery powder half cup
    Milk full fat 1 glass boiled and chilled.
    Tender coconut chopped 2 tbspn.
    Dry fruits finely chopped for garnish :
    Badam 10 nos
    Cashew 9 nos
    Pista 2 tspn
    Walnuts 2 nos
    Anjeer figs 3 nos
    Pomegranate seeds 2 tspn.
    Preparation :
    Take soaked Badam Pisin in a Bowl, add thick Coconut milk 1 glass ,add full fat milk 1 glass, mix well . Add all dry fruits chopped finely and pomegranate seeds . Keep it in refrige for 1 hour and serve the badam Pisin Payasam .
