Tom has a capo on the second fret because he likes to have the A string open when he plays all the chords, also Kurt probably knows this now that he is a more experienced guitarist, but he is playing the chorus wrong.

you should play it like tom does in live this is a nice cover but it gets pretty boring at some point, is a circle, the live version has more changes check out the reading festival 2010. but again nice cover
The F-Holes on this video are so trippy, it sometimes looks like the guitar moves and they stay exactly where they are, as if they are moving on the guitar.
