That is why i love budget travellers. They can facing anything or any situation easily and willing accept new adventure with no complain! Good job guys😍👍🏻
😁😎 i will go to Tamu Tuaran every Sunday. . where you can get way more cheaper 😆 and my purse wont die after bought so many things to cook at home hahaha ...
I love how Mario eat and happy he is enjoying the food. The food there is cheap and worth the $$. You are being very honest with your food reviews too. Hope you both are enjoying yourselves in Langkawi. Take care and stay safe! Cheers!
you earned my love and respect when you pick up the food that has fall to the ground and proceed to eat it without shame. I thought all westerners had this tradition or attitude of keeping the ''hygiene'' far too much that it goes to wasting food and nonsense. We are but a simple human, we don't waste food. especially when the food is crab, it is expensive 🤣
wow..it's amazing..you can eat chili just like that..very rare for me watching foreigner like u eat spicy food...and the way you eat it just like local people..😂 btw..i enjoyed watching your video...hope u enjoy stay in Malaysia..🥰
Langkawi tourist season is seasonal. Durong the monsoon its rainy so it will have 4-6 low peak season. Hence its pricey during peak season especially school holidats when families from the mainland throng the island.
That's the way Mario! Love to see how you enjoyed the seafood! Doesn't need any cutleries! Use the magic from your fingers to indulged the entire fish, the chin, the head and the eyeballs. I am fascinated with the way you're using your thumb to get the crab meat out from the shell. Wow!!! I'll do the same too to pick the crab claw from the floor. Hahah.
Damn !! Mario is a surgeon - a finely tuned eating machine. Almost enjoyed it as much as he did just watching!! Hopefully you Olivia snuck in enough to survive 😂🤣😂 Great video guys. You are right, the food quality looks awesome. You'd pay $60.00 plus for that lot here in Oz.
Loving your Malaysian travel vlogs! Just remember to order small portions at every restaurant. Then you can try multiple meals a day at different places. We are fiercely proud of our food and so glad that you enjoy our cuisine.
Not really, it cost me RM 50 for that same steamed fish, RM 65 for that 🦀 and RM RM 35 for that tomyum soup for 2 pax in KL last night!! See the difference...??🤯
haha im Msian but have not been to Langkawi & seeing u guys tried this stall sure i will try if im there👍....tq for sharing ur journey there & its so tempting seeing u guys eating....the crack, the slurps, the smash, the umphh...tq for this super video.🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️
Sticky rice is actually very common here in Malaysia. In Kedah we have a special sticky rice breakfast that we eat with dried fish and grated coconut flesh. In Malay it's called Pulut Ikan Kering or Pulut Ikan Masin and pair it with black coffee. By the way sticky rice in Malay is call Pulut 😷😁😷
Ayy its my favourite spot , that auntie sometimes teaches us some thai words , theyre very friendly and lovely people! Even the Amani Cafe beside the Store is a Great Spot also for breakkie
Guys, we do have minority Thai-descent people who are Malaysians - (popularly known as Siam). We also have Kampuchean Malaysian as well. They are more in the northern part of Peninsular Malaysia. They are like Javanese Malay sort of (Malaysians of Javanese descent).
Oooh also if you love seafood, my hometown in Sabah (Borneo) arguably has the cheapest seafood in the entire country. We are quite famous for our affordable seafood prices because most major towns in Sabah are port towns.
wow that's was a great food review video...the steam fish we called " ikan siakap stim " is very delicious...travel on toast travel on budget...lowest price highest quality...just repeat your mighty words...keep it up guys..
Amazing and the food is real cheap. Everywhere you guys go in Malaysia, I only here the word very cheap. The Ramly burger you guys took in Kuala Lumpur was cheap too.
We are surprised at all the affordable food here, before we came to Malaysia we thought it would cost more than other countries in southeast Asia, but in fact we found some unbelievable meals for the price here 👍👍
In malaysia if you wanna eat same taste with southern thailand you need to go to Kelantan..cheap price..thailand and sweet malay food..Because kelantan is border and brother with thailand...You can found sticky rice anywhere overthere...kelantan is Heaven of Food state..
As a Malaysian I and my wife really love backpacking in Laos,,,we had been on this Banana Pancakes Trails so many times,,never got enough of Laos,,but bit difficult to get halal food,,,so sticky rice and bread is our staples,,,,and always asking for vegetarian food,,,,we had done slow boat Mekong river from Huaixai , pak beng to Luang prabang,,cross border from China to Boten ,,,Luang namta,,cross border from Dien Bien Phu Vietnam to Muang ka by boat,,,,Ponsavan, Vang vieng, Vientiane, Shavanaket,,, visiting my son working building water treatment plant there,, 1000 Island,,,,,,nice experience with Gibbon adventure,,,, Number one for eco outdoors friendly adventure,,, Stay safe and stay happy 🇲🇾😁
Really wanna see you both joining the Keretapi Sarong event on the last 16 Sept in conjunction with Malaysia Day 🇲🇾 anyhow, super glad you’re coming to Langkawi too! Enjoy the island and please gain more weight for us 😅
1:44 This man did it the correct way. Steamed fish by steaming. Most larger restaurant would take the shortcut of boiling the fish and plate it as if it was steamed. They do that cz it's easier and faster. But hey, u guys found the right place :) Me personally, i prefer those small establishment for eating. those small places right between a corner kind of thing. They tend to taste better :)
There are many Thai Malaysians in the states of Kedah, Perlis and Kelantan. At one time it was part of the Siam Kingdom while Southern Thailand was part of the Malay Kedah Kingdom. Ironic! 🙂✌️
really happy to see u guys enjoy the thai food ,and also thanks for sharing us about this thai seafood shop ,i will go this seafood shop for sure when me travel to langkawi, thanks dude

Mario & Olivia, You guys are simply awesome. The way Mario 'attack' the fish(I think that is a type of catfish-White whiskered grandpa catfish) was fantastic, much batter than some locals(perhaps me included). 1st class dining by the seaside.
we ordered some blood clams last night in vientiane. Love seafood still. pompanao is one of my favorite sea fish. nice seeing sticky r ice in malaysia.
You have my Respect. You guys are legit thanks for showing the beautiful side of Malaysia which I myself as Malaysia rarely experience.

The Malaysian version of tom yum is different from Thai tom yum. The tom yum here is influenced by the malay cooking style and ingredients.
Indeed... Honestly, i prefer Malaysian version of tom yum. No doubt!
It definitely tastes different, really good 🧡
@@TravelsonToast Malaysia food absolutely massive perfect 😍 nasi lemak sangatlah sedap
