At 4:00 you zipline down the rope.. I don't have a rope there & I can't figure out how to get to the lower platform without dying

you get the ascending rope pull later on in the game near the beach level

Ah. Found a solution. Climb up the nose of the grey crashed plane that's on the lower levels. From there you can climb up to the statue.
