My goal at 74 is to wake up every morning spend as much time as possible with my family. I only use a few products. Lysol mostly.

My goal is to try and be happier this year. My husband of 42yrs passed away in October 2022. It's been hard. So my last year goal was to move into a nice apartment in a nice little town. I did it!! Also one of my goals was to get closer to Jesus, I did it! This year's goal is to try and be happier, meet new people. Just have a little fun. My goal at 50 years young is to spend quality time with my daughter and move to Tennessee within the next 5 years.
Well I've already lost 42 pounds in 6 months and so I'm still going for 50 pounds, day by day but I know it takes time 😅😅😅. Your beautiful the way you are but you do you 😊. God bless 😊
Hi Kylie! Love your visions! I definitely try to ask people questions that get them to open up and I think a good "trick" is to ask people how they feel about a situation. It usually gets them to answer more vulnerably. I also try to put myself in their shoes, think about what theyre feeling and then make a comment relating to them so they feel like i get it. Like im a realtor. Was doing a walk through and the sellers who had given my buyers a hard time because they hadnt found a house yet, were in the house. My buyers were taking their time walking through and i could tell the seller was nervous. So i started talking to her and asking her how shes feeling about the move. Which she answered it was hard for her. I put myself in her shoes and asked if her kids grew up in that house. She said yes and then i was able to empathize with her that that would be hard for me too. By the end of the walk through we were talking like old friends.
Youre such a fun bubbly person and people are drawn to that keep being you!
I also find that any time i walk into a store or need help or something and i make eye contact with the salesperson and simply smile, it goes miles. Or making a joke. Showing that you see them beyond their job

We have been using Blue Land for a couple of years and love them. We also buy it for our granddaughter who is always cleaning up from her small children.
Thank you for this motivational vlog. It is indeed more empowering to create a vision board with a friend or family or partner and evaluate the goals.

Been on the weight yo-yo too. However it comes down to choices. Simple. Choose to eat the birthday cake or not. Choose to eating out or at home. Eat more veggies or not. It then becomes a life style choice that you continually live out. It’s all good…and I wish you good choices!! 😊
Sundays was always a house reset when I was little and I do it now. Kids know it's scrub Sunday as I call it where nails are checked, ears checked and bath time is for scrubbing up not playing lol xx

I know I need to work on the action of what I know is good, my brain just gets overwhelmed. Loved your vision board idea and those books seem like a lot of fun to use. I love your attitude so much, you're an amazing person. Everyone has a bad day from time to time, it has to be released sometimes to relieve the stress we carry. However, we have to practice self-restraint not to take it out on the wrong person. Which is easier said than done sometimes. Keep being your best self and everything else will work out.
