Killing it hella. Just got back into running myself. Did my first 10k a few week ago, got another booked for next month and an 8 mile fell run booked for December… then the plan is to go for the half marathon distance! 😬😬😬
i started my running journey last summer as a way to strengthen my lungs & decrease my asthma symptoms. since then, i've also picked up soccer & i run as a form of therapy and to stay fit 💪❤ thanks for inspiring us to get out & get running! 🫂
I am at 228 days myself. Just ran a marathon last weekend and I knew I had to get up and keep it running the next day. You are amazing keep it going!

i play soccer (football) aswell, and i ran cross country for 3 years, and man do i miss it
