You will need like a winch type hook cause the quick links and S-hooks and J-Hooks all will bend or break into and I’d use some chain on your crane hook or a piece of aircraft cable. Just sayin
Good job. It strikes me that it would be even easier (and less strain on your anchor) if you put a rock or log for a platform under your fulcrum so the force applied would be more vertical.
Put a 3 section tee on the end and extend pass your pieces your threaded on...it will stop it from sliding when you pull it out
I use chain. I welded 4 or 5 inch piece of #3 mb chain. Then a winch hook on mine. Can pull any type of anchors.
good build. same concept can be used for fence post... just bigger. thumbs up!
Looks like a good idea!
Congrats on 500 subs!!!
every time you drill a hole your pipe gets weaker.
How fast did it bend? I had to go to 1” pipe and reinforce it

2 foot. Down is the minimum.
go to scrap yard to find material a whole lot cheaper
when drilling, first drill a 3/16" pilot hole then your larger hole
