THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME SPENT ON MY CHANNEL!
That's some great color of your c70, mine needs a little bit work done. Anyway, I drive on a LPG but still rely on petrol. Filter just arrived and gonna do the work myself. Thanks for the tutorial I'll try to avoid mistakes
I am very glad to help in any way! Thank you for the feedback!
Thanks.
Very glad to help!
Hey, I own a 2001 Volvo C70 turbo 2.3. When I go to fill up with gas it begins to leak almost immediately from what appears to be the EVAP vent. Any idea of what might be the issue?
Could be the vent, could be the pump seal. I can’t tell you very much because i am not a mechanic but a diy guy and i didn’t have that problem before so i never fixed something like that. It is very possible to be the solenoid not closing properly but again i’m not 100% sure.
Did this fix the cylinder 3 misfire? I’m chasing same issue and have tried same as you so far. Thanks
Actually it did but temporarily because eventually i found out my engine was lacking of ground wires. I’ve upgraded my audio system and forgot to install proper ground wire for the engine. That might be your case as well. Try to fit a thicker wire for grounding your engine and let me know if that works.
@@C.E.Channel ok I will try a ground kit and get it ground for sure and report back, thank you
@@rotoloco Glad to help!
@@C.E.Channel ground kit helped but the issue turned out to be the spark plug had crack ceramic probably when installed from new. Didn’t notice since I had replaced 3 bad coils and spark plugs to fix misfiring. After replacing spark plug it’s running fine under boost. The gap on plugs is like .40 and working but recommended is .28 so I will order plugs with the correct gap and test it.
@@rotoloco Nice. I'm glad you found and fixed the issue! Thank you very much for the feedback!
