    Love the videos and have learnt so much, thanks fellas, great stuff. One thing that would be helpful is if you put the date and venue on the titles, this would help so much when searching back for particular bits of info. Cheers

    What float rubbers do you recommend? i feel clear the ones i have have too thicker wall and are hindering the float especially carbons getting it stuck in the water surface tension .

    I think you’ll find it’s pronounced maggowahs Jamie.

    Good video would you be able to get away with a 1.5 hollow or would you always use a solid one when fishing maggots🎣🎣🎣

      Solid tips will just be more sensitive as they won't have any buoyancy.

    Hey guys, the 'fishing through the water' rig ....do you fish it at the same depth as the deck rig so it will eventually end up on the bottom?
    If it does make it to the deck, would you I'm immediately relay your rig in or leave for a few mins before relaying your rig?

    This video is great set a few rigs up after it. My only struggle is were I buy my floats they have 4x14, 4x12 and 4x 8 in 98 million varieties, so 4 x 14 F1, carp pellet, Maggot an many more, in the video it shows the shape of the 4 x14 but there all the same shape but just different names. How do I no which is the correct one to use to match what Jamie said?

      Slim body, 1.2mm solid tip and carbon stem. They are all the same style just a variety of sizes depending on the rig 👍🏻

    What float would you use if the venue has plenty of wind and tow 5-6ft deep I’ve tried a few floats but end up going back to a diamond to hold still

    • @bene8843
      @bene8843 3 года назад

      Prob just a heavy chianti 4x16 4x18, and with backshot no matter what the wind

    I totally disagree about all this rubbish of different floats ! If you use a rod with a float, the float is a lot heavier, so why so different for the pole ? I use pole and rod and if i use pole i dont care what float i use cos it still goes under , so don’t be fooled use a float that you feel comfortable with. Just remember, these guys are sponsored and pay nothing for their kit !

    • @WinningWays
      @WinningWays  3 года назад

      Lovely conspiracy theory, but we have no ties to the float companies mentioned, so to be totally honest it makes zero difference to us if you follow the advice or not.
      We’re showing what we use and why, which hopefully will help stop people wasting money on the wrong things and help people catch more fish.
