0:41 Don’t stay at Eurotel. The staff are friendly but the rooms look like a glorified bedspacer room. Most rooms don’t have a window either. Not recommended especially for solo local travelers because there are extortionists working at Robinson’s Mall across the street who prey on such victims.

The Church shown isn't Catholic , it's a Protestant Christian church and next to it is Philippine Christian University PCU but across used to be the Elementary school now under construction for housing ? This area has changed drastically.

it's generally safe to walk at daytime especially wherever lots of people walk too. As they say there's always good and bad in every country

Very safe but remember in every country there is good and there is bad...
Depends on some places, these streets arround this area is kinda danger, so unless you're experienced traveler atleast in Philippines take Taxi if needed.

@@abcammym Nothing yet, but bad thing can. I love this area, when Im in Philippines I always go here instead of Makati. It has some nice fun night life and day life :D
Lol, dont walk alone----it is a very interesting and vibrant area. I think the biggest danger there for me was ladyboys----very aggressive------I stayed a week in Birch Tower near Robinsons Place

This area is kinda dangerous, take caution if you're not familiar and don't walk in alley. Ive been to Philippines there is all kind of danger. But since Im pretty experienced now im not so much afraid but I take cautions. Yes Ive been robbed by kids :P
