- There isn't enough of a lifetime for Paris yet we tried to squeeze in as much as possible into one epic day full of French food and beautiful Parisian sights! In our first day of Paris catch us starting our day with a classic boulangerie for some breakfast pastries before embarking on a monster 4-hour visit to the iconic Louvre Museum!
Lunch brings us some fine French bistro classics at Chez Savy before strolling our way by the Seine and up the epic Arc de Triomphe for one of the most memorable views of Paris!
We ended the night with a few filling crepes before being mesmerized by the Seine at night with a river cruise courtesy of Vedettes du Pont Neuf. What a tiring day but it truly made for the ultimate first day in Paris!
Shoutout to Sebastian! BEST WAITER IN PARIS!

What is your favourite movie about food and why is it Ratatouille??1?1? 🤔🐀🥵
Probably my fave movie about food is the 2000 film Chocolat with Johnny Depp and Juliette Binoche a beautiful film set in a French village about the love of Chocolate and french passion for food. Note you will need an abundant amount of chocolate while watching it.
Definitely Ratatouille
I can’t believe you only have 25k subscribers? You deserve much more! Love your editing and how you plan your trip
Thank you so much!!! Really appreciate you watching our videos 🥰
What a stunningly gorgeous city it is and the food ohmylife. The city views and the museum looks Epic. Luvzz
It's truly breaktaking!!! Can't wait to return already 😇
River cruise is awesome !
Soooo dreamy!!
great video superb
Thank youuu 😇
Great vlog though btw the pain au praliné is a take on pain au chocolat but with a praliné filling instead of chocolate. But both are no croissants they just have the same dough as base, a puff pastry. Croissants must be shaped like one, a crescent/half moon (do you see the connection? Crescent -croissants?). Take care
blabla
Thanks for watching 😇😇😇
For the river cruise, where was the end point? Is it the same place where you boarded? Thanks!
Yup, same place near Pont Neuf!
How does the Parisian winter compare with Auckland?
Not really sure haha, it wasn't that cold and its a bit colder than your typical Auckland winter. But we were only there for 6 days so wouldn't know what the whole winter is like
@@locavore_eats appreciate the reply! planning to go around end of the year / new years and was wondering if the macpac could be left at home 😅. Didn't think it was doable to do the cruise open air in winter like that. Thx for the crepe place, might check it out when I'm there :)
What area of Paris did you stay?
Any hotel recommendations?
We stayed at an apartment called 'Les appartements de l'atelier Paris 3' which we booked on Booking.com. It's in Le Marais which is generally a good area to stay in!
Was this recorded before the riots
Yep, this was back in February
