This is beautiful, the music talks to me . . . complains . . . cries . . . tells everything . . . I can feel it and understand it and sympathize with its words . . . then it celebrates . . . it says no matter what I will love and forgive . . . . . there is a sadness and happiness in the voice of the instruments here . . . you have to be an Irani to get the full romance and the meaning of this music . . . you have to be born and raised in Iran and heard it often to know its real meaning . . . it brings tears to my eyes . . . these gentlemen are great Iranians and great musicians !
God bless Iran forever and SAVE Iran in Christ our Savior !

I love the old guy just waving his head to the santur while his playing drums seems he enjoys it just as much the crowd if not more and you can tell these two gentleman are infinitely talented and above all love what they do with teamwork. I have great admiration for these musicians and aspiring to play santur and dastgah myself i love persian music and folk music from Iran more than anything i even workout to this music. Peace.

I am in tears while reading these comments. everyone can put feelings in words better than me. I can only shed tears of sadness and happiness. forced to live my beautiful country in 1979 because of being a Bahai. Never had the courage to go back for a visit and all i have from it are these videos.
