Just installed this today. It’s a great piece and would highly recommend it. Definitely a reduction in whee hop and torque steer. The factory mount I could manipulate with just my fingers. Thanks again Bill for the great video, made life so much easier.
For those coming to this years later, CP-E changed some things with this mount. The 1/4in screws are all the same size, there isn't 1 that's smaller than the rest. Also, directions contradict this video and say to torque these same screws down to 10ft lb, not 20ft lb - probably doesn't matter much, as clearly Bill torqued them down to 20 and no issues.
I have the FiST with a cpe rmm. I want to continue upgrading the mounts due to some hop and I still feel the engine move if I shift really fast..which mount would be best to upgrade next? not sure if there is an order of which ones had a great impact on driveability.
I wanted to install my passenger side mount upgrade. 5-10 minute job max right. Well the aftermarket mount doesn’t line up so I went to put the old one back in. Guess what? My chassis bolts will not go all the way down :/.... plenty of clearance, nothing rubbing or incorrect, the old mount seats right where it was when it came off but the bolts won’t go back in more than 80%.!!!!! Are these one time use bolts or what? I have to be at work in 6 hrs and ‘am now stuck with a car undrivable because I can’t get the 2 chassis bolts tightened down they’re tight, just not all the way, so the built on washer spins. Help!!!! Please. I’ve wiggled the engine every direction with the help of a friend and nothing. Thanks in advance.
Because the Focus ST still doesn't have the largest base of mods yet either. But even still, I can tell you that the SE will never get performance parts because its not a performance car.
These cars are so similar to my old mazda 3. Which makes working on it for me easier cause it is familiar territory. great job Bill.

Did you get the 55 or 70 Durometer?

I was searching for this car when you were filming!
That ST was so new even the AC compressor was shiny.
How big of a difference in NVH can I expect with the 70A over the 55A
love the wheels
I have to 70 durometer version of this and love it.

The rear mount will make the biggest difference in wheel hop. The side mounts will eliminate it for the most part but you will see an increase in NVH.
Looks good y'all. Hows the idle vibrarion after install
i have a 45a lower mount in my veloster and at idle it vibrates pretty bad. god only knows what a 55a feels like.
+Kenneth Brown Barely noticeable with the 55, I would assume the 70 would add more.
+Bill Tumas Sounds pretty reasonable. Thanks for the feed back
What lip is that? I don't see it on cjponyparts.com, the one from there says 2013-2014. I need it for my 2015. Or does it fit?
It was custom made for this car.
