I was awarded this medal a couple years ago. Currently putting together a packet for one of my troops to receive it. It’s fun to be on the side of writing the citation.
Can you do a video on upgrading awards? Example Originally being awarded a Distinguished Service Cross, Navy Cross or Air force cross then being upgraded to the Medal of honor and the decisions that lead to the upgrade.
A- finance hands these out like candy. B- yes. means that Master Sausage did something to warrant an Anchievement, but not high enough for a Commendation or MSM.

It's meant to reward young airmen and officers ... shows a MSgt receiving the medal.
