      my experience - i started cracking my joints 5 years ago, now some of my joint areas which i crack are always in mild pain, most of the pain is in the nearby ligaments and not the join itself, can i stop it? no, its an addiction.
      any addiction with unproven harms can not be called "safe"

      I have an knee dislocation in 2017
      And my knee and ankle produces sound ..but ankle pain very rarely..You are right it's like addiction. I like to Pop it more as it gives me some kinds of pleasure

    Cracking and popping sounds are better studied in Yogasana, pawanmuktasana series is specially designed to release the air from the joints.
    Cracking sound is of different types, as even a fractured bone can create the sound, if cracking sound is not accompanied by any other problematic symptoms then it's not an issue.

    My whole body cracks like hell...and guess what ... I had a bike accident..once i slipped from the terrace of first floor...my bones never broke..i never felt my bones r weak..Being a regular Gym guy.and a biotechnologist....i appreciate this video and information..👍

    I went to park last week i was doing some squats then and old guy came he heard a cracking sound coming from my knees which he explained by saying
    "beta ghee tel khya kro tumhare ghutno mein tel kam hogya hai"

    Absolutely 100 % ...joints damage ho jaatha hai .
    Main apne Carpals joints ko roz chatkaatha tha ....lagathaar 3-4 maheene chatkaane ke baad ,wrist joints mein pain aur swelling ho gaya. 3 - 4 din tak pain aur swelling rehtha hai. Phir 3-4 maheene ke baad dubaara pain-swelling aa jaatha hai.
    Bahut pehle Foreign country mein ek Pithaaji aur bete ne ispar research kiya tha.Lekin usme Pithaaji hi sahi hain...Bete ne ,baad ke experience- research mein sirf yeh final result bathaaya hai ki , roz ek baar bones chatkaane se koi pain problem nahin hoga.............Jabki truth yeh hai ki , lagathaar ,baar-baar roz chatkaane se joints weak ho jaathe hain , aur uska pain problem 4-5 months ke andar hi dikhne lag jaatha hai ....aur lifetime rehtha hai....Future ka wait karne ki zarurat nahin hai.

    Sir, I have been doing strength training for the last 2 months. I was worried about the popping sound while doing lateral raises. And, i overthought this and it made me demotivated to do progressive overload. But, after watching your video i gained my confidence back. Because, people keep saying to me that strength training can lead to injuries that can only be removed by surgeries. So, it make me afraid to increase weight, i'm increasing reps not weight. 🙄

    I hear cracking and poping sounds whenever I stand I think I wanna share some information about this
    Before 1 year ( 2022 ) I had played games regularly means I do something which is better for my physical fitness but suddenly I moved to City for my job.etc... and I totally cutt off from those physical activities like cricketing,gym,etc. I also suffering from genetically androgenic alopecia I think the main reason behind this cracking and poping, hair loss is poor diet and cutt off from exercises and I'm still suffering.....😢

    air bubbles burst hote hai tab cracking sound ata hai
    nothing to worry about
    but if u have frequent crack n pop sound while moving walking in a continuous movement their might be some problem in ur ligament or tendon

    Whenever I do squatting a king of cracking sound I can hear continuously whenever I squat but there isn't any kind of pain. so am i on the safer side (i m just 20yrs). ??

    Hello sir. I agree with you but sir i have a doubt that some barbers do neck crack in many local salooons. Is it safe? Bc they don't know the anatomy of cracking necks and other joints. I have seen most of my friends do it later they have faced many issues like neck pain and back pain

      @@raisrathore. Doctor Ki baat maniye Bhai.kyunki mjhe bhi shoulder pain hai.Noida mein Doctor suggested me k avoid playing badminton ,I ignored his advise and my pain appeared with more intensity.so ap doctor ki advise suniye.

    After communited fracture, my elbow has been very stiff. Whil doing pysio, heard a weird sound during extendion exercise. Luckily i had told to be slow. Hand is having pain but no pain in elbow. What to do? I need to continue vigorous pysio so that my elbow extension from 80% increases to 95%.
