- Modern Warfare III has introduced a ton of great jumps & spots in the OG MW2 maps and today, I wanted to share a ton of great ones on Karachi. What are your thoughts on these new spots and which map would you like to see me cover next?

I know a bunch of season 1 info was just released today but I’m stuck at the airport after visiting the Sledgehammer studio this week so I won’t be able to cover it until tomorrow. I’ll also have some exclusive early gameplay on the new maps and with the new guns coming early next week!

This map went from a legendary classic to being one of the best.
Ashamed to admit one of the few spots I didn’t know about was the windows in the garage. Jumping at the pole to mantle up to the roof is a great spot I use multiple times a match
Those power position access spots are more than enough. In MW2 Classic, you could jump through the hole in the roof (2:47) but I couldn't get it to work right. I thought maybe they changed it or I couldn't remember how to do it. Showing how and also showcasing alternatives, is more than I could have asked for.

I like that they kept some of the OG jumpspots and just made them easier or have alternative routes to the same spot.
RIP the FMJ Fence on the stairs in the last jump spot though. Spent many a match with an LMG trying to get the required FMJ kills there.

These old maps are so much cooler than newer ones. You can tell a lot of thpught was put into them.
There was some spots i actually didnt know about, i found this very helpful Ace, thankyou.

Watching this video brought back many fond memories of playing Micheal Myers with the boys in OG MW2.
Terminal has some great spots you could go over. Some you need a deployable shield to get into.

One of the best things about last IW engine is deco how much different types of movement were added to maps
The spot at 4:57 was one of my favorites in MW2, interesting to see more ways to get in there now

new lmg seems kinda nice, its the scar version of lmg, the taq lmg. it has a form of hyper burst again but more than just the 1st 2 rounds come out fast, similar to the bo3 one. in game stats doesn't cover this aspect. mb cud u do that next then go back to the smg where u last left off.
Underpass would be interesting
In the original game im sure you could Jump onto the main hotel roof from the area at 2.08 by jumping onto the top of all the girders sticking up in the middle of the map, it was difficult but possible and I did it once or twice, anyone else remember this ?
Could you do these maps exposed vids in a domination game so we have the flags as a sort of North Star? Some of these maps look very similar all over so it can be hard to tell where exactly you are

I think it would help me a lot if ace would ping the location of the jump spot on the FULL MAP (the one u can view using the scoreboard button). Just food for thoughts, appreciate these videos.

i read "jump shots" and now im right here...
Idk if it’s just me or other people but I’ve been playing for the last 3 weeks now since I got the game and I haven’t got Afghan once in rotation. I only play multiplayer online and team death match & domination. I don’t play any other game mode part from war but that’s irrelevant to what I’m talking about here.
Idk why I’m not seeing it, Is it just me or are other’s not getting it as well?
Also on War in the crossroads part of the map people can get out the map and shoot you from under the map and it’s so annoying! Really hope they fix that soon.

Deciding to stay out of the sbmm scene?
I was travelling home yesterday from the Sledgehammer studio so unable to cover the news yesterday. I can't share all of the details of what I learned until Monday but I'll likely touch on it today at least
I hate this map so much. I’m new to this game but I manage to understand map quickly. But I got lost on this map all the time and got shot left and right
Lol when I found that new mount in the corner of the map over that wall with an arrow pointing up I was like "I don't remember being able to do this, but I guess I'm mis-remembering". Glad they made that change, opens up the map just a bit
Being able to climb EVERYTHING actually ruins the secret of any of this. In the OG you had to actually know climb up spots, this reminds me of advanced warfare where the map layout is diminished because you can travel anywhere and everywhere with flying. This of course is slightly better but still ruins the gravity of the map by literally scaling everything with scripted mantling. Again in OG mw2 some of these spots still existed but it wasnt as simple as just holding the climb button, you had to know what to jump on and where to jump.
They eliminated like half of these
maybe you could do all CDL maps ? with focus on modes that will be play on them ?
I plan on covering the CDL maps first

Would love to see highrise or quarry. Granted, I don't have MW3, but MW2 was my favorite CoD, and I knew all the jump and hiding spots on those maps. It's fun seeing them again and also seeing how it's a lot easier to get to spots now than before.
Its stupid you can actually run on a 1mm wall rail 💀

I never play this map, once i see it i quit the lobby. Camping on rooftops is not my type of lobby

maybe it's just me but I really haven't clicked with any of the mw3 (mw2) maps - prefer the more streamlined & less convoluted 3 lane treyarch maps :/
Man everytime im playing on these maps I cant help but think how well designed they were compared to the past 10 years of cod. I miss the 360 era. Screw you ps4 fortnite clowns who trashed the industry.
Or instead of desperately trying to dominate every lobby simply enjoy the game you're in before getting put into a tournament at random. Btw 2:00 there's stairs you can use instead of jumping the scaffolding to reach that spot on Karachi
This time I knew all these spots, except the invisible surface around the building and the invisible ledge. Guess now I will die more on this one 🥹 I still think you should do highrise next. The place as plenty of jump spots. I only found out 2 weeks ago that you can reach the top floor above A, not the OG one with the ladder. A new hole in the wall on first floor
