    You missed the resistance training with elastic bands. Very effective to gain and save muscles in aging. Inexpensive and giving best results. Also unlikely to cause pain or injury in working out

    My Irish grandad drank 8 pints of Guinness during the day before milking the cows by hand and drinking a couple of pints of that raw milk , ate liver and onions for breakfast , salted Bacon and cabbage every day , for tea usually cold slices of cow tongue on soda bread
    Tea and bread that Granny Kathleen made herself and half a bottle of whiskey before bed , smoked like a trooper, woodbine cigarettes he had 9 children with Granny Kathleen and lived to be 101 , i , find this truly amazing , Granny Kathleen said that he was still "rising"😂 in the bed ,as she used to call it right up to a few months before he passed away , rip grandad Tom

    The simple truth is train exactly the same you used to train as teenager, just be more sensible and dont lift in pain, dont egolift as you did in teens. New study shows 20 years old and 100 years old muscles grow exactly same relative to the size.

      At 68 training like I did at 20 is impossible ! I'm in great shape for my age and work basically every day but NO WAY can I perform like did a 20 . Just saying

    • @bogse
      @bogse 3 месяца назад

      @@shanearmstrong9618 Yeah at that age you cant probably lift as much if you are not on TRT and even if in TRT its maybe not wise train maximum one rep etc. Keepin good form, if one is healthy, I see no reason to lift with full force. You probably train much wiser now than in 20s, meaning good forms and no egolifting.

    Thank you, very interesting, but you missed the kidney exercises, which are very important! For this, simply lie down on your belly and your chest with the arms along the body, and raise your legs one after one fast or slowly, as many times as you can without straining the muscles. This is good not only for the kidneys but also for the lower back, the buttocks and the back of the legs. If you feel strong enough you can after this raise both legs together, but with care. Apart from this your video is excellent, thank you!

I love Pilates (The Girl With the Pilates Mat) and walking. If I can't walk outdoors I will do an indoor walking video. This video and post was confirmation!😊
