I used to have a mini farm when I was raising my children and wish I still had it. It always made me happy. Maybe again someday who knows, lol.
Love the pretty pink knock out rose. Pink are harder to find . I have a red one given to me by a friend to plant as a memory of my mother...she couldn't find pink at the time so she got the red...I had to laugh because that was my mother's favorite color especially in flowers. So it was meant to be to have the red one. 🙄 love all your little creatures and I always look forward to what you are creating next...paper cutting...food...gardening.. greenhouse...tea party..the list could go on. @@JeriLandersofHopalongHollow It did well Jeri and I will definitely do them on a greater scale next year…I experimented with a few different spots in the garden to find the best place. On the down side, I struggled a bit with powdery mildew this past season. They were susceptible to that.

Oh! I love the gardens this year. They are looking amazing for you! Yea! Godfrey is getting bigger and so handsome. Just a perfect view of him laying there sleeping with his ducks. It was nice to see what’s happening in the Hollow! I am envious of your roses! I planted a climbing rose called “High Society” a few years ago and it smelled delicious. Sadly, I lost it last year. I’d like to try again, but I’m not sure what I’m doing! I’ll have to look up all your videos on roses. I just love that Baptisia. Mine is just starting to bloom and is the deep purple. Spring is such a miracle! I’m enjoying every minute of it! 💐

My husband bought me a yellow Baptista year before last and this year it has bloomed itself to death. My neighbor told me that she loves watching all the plants in my garden come back to life. My clients often send picture of the animal displays they have created, I love that! One of my customers is placing her needlefelted birds in a Victorian Bird cage. Oh gosh. I love those yellow Baptisia.
I have wanted to leave comments on your last videos but I have had some bad news with a mink breaking into my barn and destroying all my ducks and hens. The same week my hubs was hospitalized and now is in chemo for cancer. What an unhappy spring but it gives me joy to watch your wonderful videos! I can smell all these beautiful flowers from here 🤗 spring is just a harvest time , i am like a child in front of nature miracles in this time of the year, yesterday i took several pictures of babies duck, birds and flowers in Bordeaux Public Garden, there’s also a botanical garden , i just adore, my favorite smell is chèvrefeuille (i hope you have some), and Magnolias trees( their flowers are beautiful and smells so good !!……) 😌🙏 we are so lucky to enjoy nature and her gifts 💕 Hugs to you and all yours little friends real or not 🧚♀️

Your roses look so healthy and lovely. I was just out looking at my pathetic survivors of a hard winter here in eastern Washington state. All last years branches died so the new growth is coming from the bottom. Only about two or three inches so far. Love to see your garden.
Never give up on the roses, I managed to save one that the puppy ripped out of the ground , leaving nothing but a short stick. I put it in a pot and it has revived completely.

.. We're so used to all the noise around here, I barely notice the screeches and caws anymore.
It's okay when delays happen, b/c it means the surprise is yet to come. Shocking them into thinking it's spring is an excellent strategy.

Your roses look so healthy and lovely. I was just out looking at my pathetic survivors of a hard winter here in eastern Washington state. All last years branches died so the new growth is coming from the bottom. Only about two or three inches so far. Love to see your garden.
Never give up on the roses, I managed to save one that the puppy ripped out of the ground , leaving nothing but a short stick. I put it in a pot and it has revived completely.

I grew my first dahlia from seed too. When I pre-potted up my lilies in the early spring there was a mystery dahlia seed sprouting with it. Bonny

We got lucky with the peaches this year, almost TOO many!
If you pot up the Dahlia seedlings they will be ready to put out in a couple weeks. They grow very fast.
