- This one was really hard to edit. I pride myself in being open and honest with you guys with what is going on in my life. I am extremely vulnerable in this video. My level of vulnerability is truly a gift from God. This season, I have done so many scary things, but this one, by far, was the scariest. I am extremely sad, but I am also excited to see who I become over the next 6 months solely focused on God and myself.

I'm a 47 year old Christian woman and you are a role model for me. What you are doing is walking bold and courageous in the Lord. Walking in faith is not easy to do and your obedience will be rewarded.
When you said God told to do it even though it caused you pain, it reminded me of when God told Abraham he must sacrifice his son Issac. That was so painful for Abraham the son he did not think he would have, born to him and his wife at an old age. But it was a test that God had for him to see if he could trust him. And yes, God did stop him. But God asked you to do this for a reason. The reason will be revealed.
I am so proud of you and you have encouraged me. I will pray that your pain will ease away and that you keep on your path with God, being a light for us all.
I woke up this morning from a dream I had of my mother who also passed away. I felt so good that I was able to see her. I walked right next to her, held her hand and sat next to her. I was truly happy to be near her. So I completely understand how you felt to see and speak to your dad.

Alex, your pain has purpose. God LITERALLY used you to confirm a message I received from him JUST THIS MORNING. Just this morning I watched a video of Viola Davis talking about how she tells her daughter “you are the greatest love of your life”. She then went on to explain that that basically entails, sticking to your morals and not wavering in the boundaries you set and just having self respect. And you just said the EXACT same thing. Because of your obedience, God is going to bless you 10 fold! It’s not easy but God is going to do it. And finally loving you is just the beginning!! I thank God for using you as a vessel. And thank you Alex for being obedient so that I can be blessed. You left the comfortable to leap into the unknown so that I could be blessed! Like Abraham in Genesis 12🩷🌷

As much as I love seeing you happy and unhinged, I also love seeing you’re raw authentic self even if that is when you’re sad, upset, or going through something, because we connect with you more. I also feel like you knew this was coming and you weren’t ready to let go until now. We saw you starting this as a caterpillar finally feeling a place of belonging, but now it’s time for you to come out of that cocoon and be that beautiful butterfly that you are who knows her self worth and knows what she can bring into this life and knows her potential. Dont know if this saying will bring you much comfort but it was a quote my grandad told me during my darkest days .. "When you find yourself in hell dont stop to look around keep moving forward" it was something i repeat in my head on those hard days and it gives me that boost. Im so sorry to see you in pain your such a positive and hardworking woman who has inspired me to also go out of my comfort zone and take chances. Hope this is ok but il light a candle for you later and say a little prayer for you. Much love from England .. never lose that smile or spirit .. you have created an amazing channel and your going to create many more amazing videos and memories in the future. Some things just don’t work out. And that’s okay. I went through a nasty break up with a toxic man and I hated the world for it, but honestly the world has blessed me. I found a new job, I got myself a library card and my mom will keep up with my book addiction as well. I buy myself books too, but the world gave me the choice of saving money. And I never have to worry about buying a book and not liking it
I have been following your journey since seeing you on Shawnaci's channel. While I am not religious by any means I do believe that you found books and this love for yourself right when you needed to. The one thing that people don't talk about when they discuss growth and protecting their peace is how hard and emotional that can be. You find out who does and does not need access to you, but you also find out showing up for yourself looks like. I am very proud of the growth I've been able to witness from you and I know you'll only keep growing from here.

I wish that I could just hug you…I could share my story, let you know that you’re not alone, but I think it’s more of a comfort to have people just LISTEN. When my husband left, after 24 years & 3 kids, I was DEVASTATED. I had lives on my IG, broke down repeatedly…but in the end, it was God, & my therapist that really got me through! I definitely understand trusting God when everything seems ok. And trusting in HIM even more when things are shifting. But stay the course. Psalms 91 is my favorite chapter to use in these seasons of uncertainty
The title- things that scare us- I think the tears come from fear of the future, so it’s not the current decision, it’s not being sure yet of what will come, so faith will alleviate that fear. Easier said than done, but God will help you feel more sure as time goes on. Also, you don’t look a mess, you look beautiful, because real is beautiful.❤
Alex it’s going to be okay!! While I’m not 32 the last 4 years I have been in two relationships and never really got to be single! I was hurting too, God was telling me to not only let go of my relationship but my friendships too. I was so angry because I didn’t understand it but God blessed us with a season of singleness!! You get to find so much joy in His creation and fall in love with yourself more😊. God always has a reasoning for our pain!! He will bless us WHEN it is His timing. One thing I learned is God cannot put you in the future place He has for you because you are not ready yet!!! God sees and hears things that we cannot!

I had to pause and write you this message. I went through something similar a few years ago. I felt the same pain you are feeling and I just want to let you know that doing what feels right for you is the best thing you could ever do. I did a lot of work on myself and am so much better for it. We never fell out of love and are back together! I recently went through a break up with a man that I thought I was going to marry. It made absolutely no sense to me why something so insignificant would break us apart after everything we had been through. I was a complete mess for about a month after. Crying every single time I stepped into my car, crying when I was alone, crying in public. My therapist kept telling me that it was going to be okay and I didn’t believe her at all. I’m going to give you the analogy that she gave to me. Grief is like a box with a BIGGGG ball on the inside. Every time that ball hits the sides of the box you’re going to feel this gut wrenching sadness. Over time the ball gets smaller and smaller and hits the sides less and the intensity of the emotions that come along with a breakup will get smaller as well. I’m still not over my break up but I have come to realize that things do truly happen for a reason and working on bettering myself has helped me deal with all the intense emotions that I was having. It’s okay to feel everything you’re feeling right now and it will get better.❤️

Hey Alex, I’m so inspired and encouraged in my walk with God with your testimony of obedience. I went through the same thing years ago, at first it didn’t make sense to me, but I obeyed anyway. It felt absurd to me that God will ask me to leave a relationship while the other person did nothing wrong. Now after 3 three years I’m finding my answer through your video. Your vulnerability was so touching. What you shared reminded me of a similar journey I had to take when I was around your age. I called it my season of walking in the woods alone. It's hard, you cry, you get back up, you back slide, then get back up again but let me tell you the inner peace you have on the the other side of it all is so incredibly beautiful.
