So cool to hear him play up close and unpolished. His fingerstyle work is particularly compelling. I love guitarists who can get so much out of the guitar without a pick.

Mick Taylor's early years with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers showed just how talented the young Brit was. His work with the Stones speaks for itself. It's sad what happened to him after he left the Stones.

And then you can hear the lick’s pick’s and riff’s…….. and understand that without bass or some comp sounds and singing……….then one needs James Taylor or you know the other few exceptional players…….from one who been sitting in……..€:-)

It was sad when Brian died, even sadder when Taylor left but neither compare with the disaster of Keith hiring a session muso to turn the Stones into a covers band.
Ronnie Wood is an abomination; a competent versatile muso but not in the least creative an awful artist and creepy stage presence.
Presumably signed because he wouldn't upstage Keef and would put on weight and ruin the " look"
