Potato cut cheythathu, inji, pachamulaku, savola ellam direct cocount randampalil vevikkum.. pottatto venthu kazhiyumbol oru thavi kondu thanne udachu kodukkum. Last thick coconut onnampal add cheythu veppila, pachavelichenna koodi add cheyum. 😋Kurachu thick ayittulla gravy anu appathinu nallathu.
In this recipe onion is not added and potatoes are cooked separately and added later which gives a very thick consistency

Y such long process….u can boil all the three in coconut milk n pressure cooker then add the final milk
Make a lot of difference when you add boiled potatoes and when cook everything together. Try out once and see
