    Looks great and veggie, too!
    I see Mayflower as a curry base that needs adaptations.
    I add a little soy sauce, coconut cream, MSG and a little curry powder to mine.
    Another adaptation to it is mixing the extra hot and the medium curry powder together 50/50.

    & what are the name of the chillies looked like bird's-eye, some folk like to know the chillies, & do you know if that curry would taste, I lot less flavorful without the msg. Thanks

    So msg, thought some people get side effects from msg, what's your thoughts.

      Same thoughts as those that experience side effects to egg, nuts, and dairy products.
      If you're allergic to a particular ingredient, leave it out.

      It's a naturally occurring flavour found in seaweed, cheese and tomatoes just isolated and used for unmani flavour.

      Just like anything, use it in moderation.
