Honestly, for a character who is not MEANT to do damage, in spite of scaling off of attack, I’ll still build him with DPS Pieces anyway-but I still want him to focus on healing, so I’ll build him as a Sub-DPS, keeping the same relic sets for healing and support, whilst steering the stats into DPS ones…
Yep that’s my thought exactly especially because he’s attacking every single turn and he can ult every 2-3 turns. I’m sure it’ll scale better later on when our teams are tankier from being maxed out on traces and levels as well
Thanks for showcasing him in a realistic scenario and not having supports glued to him as a carry I considered a crit build on him since the healer set keeps giving me good crit stats but i think i will save that for the IL Dan,Yukong, SW comp
Thanks for this video man, was curious about dps Luocha bcs of another guide video I watched and this was a good showcase with realistic expectation. Seems to me its really risky. there's plenty of scenarios from the fight where the enemies was really close to killing the charas (and I've no doubt with bad luck, it would have certaintly done that) bcs the charas was already at pretty low health even before the enemies turn due to abyss flower field healing less. Appreciate the quick and simple explaination from you (and actually showing the full build lol)

honestly both types of loucha i think are pretty strong. personally, i use the tanky/break effect loucha since it’s easier to build, but eventually i’d like to make him do big pp damage
It seems like the optimal strategy is to build for the healing outside of his skill (ie the field healing). And if building him damage makes his field healing suffer too much then it might not be worth it.
Exactly! It’ll definitely be easier if people target maxing traces at 10 of course (at least it’s easier in this game than Genshin because we get a lot more advanced trace level materials and don’t need crowns) but that’s another story once we have resources 🥲
I plan on getting at least his E1 when he reruns because I truly like him. I already have his light cone. I was always wanting to make him sub-dps so that I don't have to overfarm for the best relics in the land for the dps... I have Seele and my best artifact so far is her gloves (29.1% crit dmg one piece 😮) but can't get a good full quantum set. I have her with 2 quantum set + 2 musketeer set. Thanks for this demo. I believe I can get some good dmg out of him. Just gotta relic-grind for it as well 😅 oh the misery...

I did build him as a full healer before until i realised that he healed more than enough. So I took Hook's crit cloak and put it on him. Realising that it actually works, i quickly seached for these kind of vids.😂😂 Using his 4star Light cone btw.
@@artumbo I do agree but regarding what u said about his healing may fall off with this healing strength, it think theres a way to fix that. From what I see, thats probably caused by the absence of a healing bonus stat when changing into crit cloak and using his signature lightcone. So, his 4star light cone might help a bit as long as he have enough effect res. Its not that bad since he ll able to resist crow control debuffs with it.

@@artumbo my Bailu is pretty good, she can keep my team alive in MoC most times which is nice but one thing I dislike is how her skill heals allies at random, as it can miss the teammate who needs it more :( the main thing I like is her ability to revive a unit as it’s come in clutch a lot. Overall, she’s pretty decent and works well with relatively low investment and can carry you early game, but I’d still prefer luocha as he’s more versatile and can deal damage as well as keep my team alive.
I'm wanted to know if Luocha's healing can be bigger through crits, and the answer was the opposite. However what i learned, is still satisfying, and i can learn something from it.

i'm trying to build him as dps, im torn on the planar ornaments tho. he isn't really fully utilizing the salsotto since it bumps the ult and a follow up which he doesnt have, so im trying him out with vonwacq rn since the way he deals dmg is with his ult and with this he should be getting it a lot faster. not sure how significant of a difference it is tho
Yeah I’m still not sure what planar to use but I think space sealing would be his best for damage and it would help a lot for heals! Totally forgot to mention that and it could make building him DPS a lot more viable too
Yep I definitely feel like that’s the way especially with Yukong buffing imaginary just by existing - not to mention she pretty much gives your entire team including her an extra Imaginary Damage Orb if you also have S5 Planetary Rendezvous

I'm tempted to do this for DHIL team , but I'm not sure if dropping Multiplication is a good idea. If I could hit some energy breakpoint with QPQ or Shared Feeling, then it might be worth it
Since I got his cone, I'm feeling tempted on building him as a DPS for funsies, since, in his healer build, he's already reaching 3.3K attack on level 70/80

He genuinely heals alot tho, i had him at lv50 and with not leveled artifacts, they are the same ones he has rn, just leveled, and he sustained my team so well, i actually am considering giving up the healing for a dmg, coz his skill is healing for about almost 4k for me, his talents arent at a point where i like them too, i want him to be at 7 or 8 for skills, but yeh.
For pure heal numbers yes but he should be getting more actions if you have him on 4pc musketeer, which means the time between his auto heal and field redeployment are much shorter Will have to play around but having the auto heal available more frequently has definitely been noticeable!
Every heal supposed to heal. He heals good, so why not to do dmg? Can Natasha deal 20k? Or even 4-6k with Q? No Any additional dmg is good, especially when ur not a whale in moc 10
are we seriously forgetting about Clara, the best healer when paired with Luocha? forget about Bailu and her limited rejuvenation stacks, now you have unlimited rejuvenation everytime you get hit!
I tested it in phase one and it’s even easier to heal compared to Kafka - he does really well vs the arumaton because he guarantee gets to trigger his skill. I’ll do some more testing and let you know the resultsb

Honestly at the end of the day they all do crazy dmg when you buff them. Haven’t seen a single character yet not doing insane dps yet…

If anyone plans on using Luocha with Jingliu, his DPS relics will likely become obsolete, so I think it's best to focus on his aoe healing.

At first I built him as a healer but after switching to a dps build he’s even more cracked tbh

your numbers are insane on luocha i have the same amount of traces upgraded on him, without his light i can barely hit 10k
I’m surprised by his damage honestly but even then when Seele is hitting 150-200k per couple turns Luocha doesn’t seem to be contributing at all

I feel like Shared Feeling can be a bit unreliable but QPQ is definitely a good option for DHIL it seems. Guess we'll know in about 36 hours!

Yeah once you start overhealing it’s worth transitioning some pieces into more offensive oriented ones
