I got Luocha. He's not only the best healer in the game by a country mile, but he might just be the best overall character in the game IMO. He can heal, he can CC, he can debuff enemies and buff allies, and he does decent damage compared to other healers, and his ultimate resets quickly. He's got it all!
Got super lucky, I lose the 50/50 pretty early to Welt. But 20 pulls later got Luocha. I still wanted Yukong so I did singles less than 10 times and got a Luocha again. Wish you all have similar luck

I don’t know what to do anymore. Maybe try my luck on healer in standard banner on store reset in 2 days.
He is so good. He is like Zhongli - just gets rid of every annoying thing in the game. Enemy buffs, teammate debuffs, his own debuffs, enemy damage, does it all basically without needing to use skill points and also does pretty good damage if you build him for it. Normally I keep crystals exclusively for waifus but given that I like his character, his kit, have no 2nd healer on my account, won the 50/50 and dodged E8 Pela on the banner, these were some of the best 70 warps I've ever spent
I really hope a good Effect RES Planar set gets added at some point, it just feels right to use Perfect Timing on him if you don’t have the limited 5 star cone.
I am pretty sure there is one in the upcoming patch, and it grants your teammates 10% crit damage too. PT and that planar ornament will most likely be his best in slot LC and set combo.

Otto carried Kallen Kaslana's body throughut china to find ways to resurect her. Otto apocalypse and luocha have the same JP va. When you use the trailblazer and get dominated by Kafka you get the achievement "Hear me out"
I really enjoyed running him with characters that have follow-up attacks, like Clara and Jing Yuan. When his field is active follow-ups also heals so more healing overall
I have started a SU boss with 20% health for all characters but Just using his heals I managed to Fully heal my team without using Abundance Path Resonance.
Skipped Silverwolf to save for Luocha, mainly cuz I don't have Bailu or Gepard lol but also, I just like his character design and mechanics. Will def be getting him, thanks for this! Bro you either build her wrong or something is wrong your relics or traces. 800 is just wrong. Even with crappy investment it should be at least 1500 and she continuously heals for 3 turns. Might not be Loucha level but more than enough.
Yes but he isnt solely healer. He can deal some decent dmg and removes enemy debuffs. THAT is why he is more useful. But if he isnt your cup of tea, then by all means skip him. All the more power to you, brothers.
Yeah, I originally thought his E2 was going to be the most busted but it turns out his healing values are so high that honestly you don’t really need it. A lot of times his skill will heal any character below 50% to full or almost full anyway. The shield is nice, but it’s hardly anywhere close to necessary. Turns out his kit and heal scaling make it so he’s a character that honestly doesn’t need Eidolons, which is great news for f2p/small spenders.
This is so true. I was even going to put atk+ and outgoing healing relic set but i didnt have any outgoing healing relic that was good so i put him in the basic 4pc atk relic and his healing was still full heal. His heals are broke. Af

My guess is that Luocha's automatic skill doesn't proc Shared Feeling's passive due to it not consuming a skill point, so it doesn't 'count' as a skill for that specific Light Cone.
it's actually a part of his skill, gain the same amount of energy as normal skill, so it will count. The light cone doesn't necessary consume a skill point to proc anyway.
@@wadaphuc7800 think my comment got deleted somehow, but if you check Prydwen for his build, Quid Pro Quo S5 is his 5th best light cone. Other great 4*'s are Post-Op and Perfect Timing. To be fair, any light cone seems to be great on him, but you fully can utilize the passives of the other 4*'s. Since you won't use Luocha's skill that often (manually speaking), you won't get to benefit from Shared Feelings' passive as much.
I mean, he *is* the hottest healer in the game *ahem*. Anyways, my Natasha is really well built, but even then it will be hard to go back to her after using Luocha, his kit is just so packed with utilities, it's insane. I am glad the premium units thus far have been really really good.
I got that “boom!!!” On my profile since I saw Kafka and I was saving for her. Luocha seems so needed and had to go through 50/50 lost and got him on 78th pull. There goes my savings for Kafka. I will get only if I am lucky as I was on pulling for Silverwolf. Otherwise I will have to try simping for Ice old not-blind lady or the girl with the beads around her neck with a little bit of monster or demon thing.
Luocha could be good when paired with shielders like pres-mc or March. Put them in MC/March-Luocha-x-x this helps when trying to get Luocha to absorb parts of multi-target enemy attacks.
I personally like the extra skill we get from the 4 pcs healer set quite a lot, im going for that now maybe months down the line when im happy with my other units i will invest in Loucha damage but right now it seems really unwise to me to use resources so Loucha can do a bit more damage.
11:30 I think it's because his auto skill is technically a talent, not a direct effect of the skill itself; it just happens to have the same effect as the skill. It's probably the same reason why Seele's extra attack is still considered the same turn when it comes to buffs (eg. if you buff Seele w. Tingyun, the buff applies both to the first and second strike you get if kill someone as it's all the same "turn").🤷♀
I decided to build him with Perfect Timing; it is aesthetically pleasing for a character to have their own LC, additionally..there is nothing more annoying than you healer and cleanser to get frozen.

Not sure if you mentioned it, but Louchas field also heals characters for using follow up attacks, like Claras and Marchs counter attacks or Himekos and Hertas passive. And of course also if an enemy uses an offensive ultimate.

Honestly I don’t see how IMG DMG sphere benefits him over ATK one. Maybe if you have super invested relics on him so he heal too much it makes sense, but I’m gonna stick with ATK one for now. I dunno about healing % over atk, but people think healing % is better. But I don’t think it’s better by a lot and I think atk % might be more useful overall
I did some summons for QQ cons and a Yukong and... got Luocha around 30 wishes xD I REALLY didnt want him, already have Bailu and im kinda short on wishes for the upcoming Blade, BUT i cant complain about winning a 50/50 at 30 wishes xD
@@xenoemblem7 Ye ur right, the thing is i was 0 pity with a 50/50 to lose, so the chances of getting Luocha were astrolow. Not only that but my rule of thumb in those situations is that unless i despise the 5* character and will never use him i give myself around 30 pulls for 4* (and got Luocha at the third 10pull). The literal worst that can happen is that i get a strong character (one i didnt really want, sure, but a good and useful one for sure) in 30 wishes. I am a little pissed about it but i cant say im upset, the worst thing that can happen is that i dont get Blade on the next banner and will have to wait for a rerun or, if i get really close to guaranteed after grinding every free wish possible, i may spend around 20 euros to get it wich im ok with.
Sushang is also quite good with him, because she's very fast and she can double attack sometimes thanks to her ultimate, as well as her traces raising her speed. His best friend, however, is Welt, because Welt is a fellow imaginary unit who applies tons of break, slows down the enemy (meaning there are fewer attacks coming in on you when your field is down, which means your "downtime" is less important), can also apply the imaginary break, etc. If you have, say, Welt, Luocha, Silver Wolf, and Seele (yes, team 5-star, I know), you can exploit either quantum resistance or imaginary resistance with 100% of your party, which allows you to use this hyper-powerful team for a lot of content.
so I have a question. Does imaginary damage% also count towards his atk in terms of increasing his healing? Since his heals all depend on atk% it seems to make more sense to me to put atk% on his sphere rather than img dmg% since that's a different stat, but if that imaginary damage counts up for his heals, then yeah img dmg% would be better.
@@baloxe he could heal 3000+ hp if the set is correct and the heal is based on his atk plus a extra 200+ healing which makes him the most busted healer in the game and the atk is also used for his flower feild the more atk he has more heals you can gain when that field is up like thats so op

hii, I need help with deciding who I want to invest in for MoC, I haven't tried to do it and I'm at TB 63 already, the 5 stars that I have rn are Seele, Welt, Luocha, Clara, and Yanqing, and I have all the 4 stars available. The only characters that I have invested in are Seele, Luocha, Fire MC, Yanqing, Tingyun, and Natasha.
Okay I read some comments but didn't see something for silverwolf. So I decided to write this comment. When you use Silverwolfs skill you place a weakness on the enemy that is not on the enemy already. If there is a ice weakness on the enemy and you have Pela, Gepard, silverwolf and Jing on the team there is a 50/50 chance to get either lightning or Quantum weakness. Just a tip for team building around the enemy weaknesses with your characters
I have a question since you gonna use a skill in the auto auto skill rotation anyway does the shared feeling energy gain allow for the 3 turn rotation? If yes in whats imposition it is possible And other sources say that it do activate on auto heal
I'm having trouble about his light cones. I only have 2 light cones, Quid pro quo and Time waits for no one, seemingly 2 of Bailu's light cones. And I'm having trouble deciding if I should build Time waits for no one for Luocha or keep farming and pull for at least the other 4* light cones (I specifically wanted Perfect timing or even Post-op conversation) Should I build Time waits for no one for Luocha? Is it a good one for him during the long run?
I have 2 main teams and I'm not sure which one should get luocha. first teams is e2 jing yuan with signature light cone, tingyun and fire mc as a tank. the second one is e2 yanqing with simulated universe hunt light cone at s5, clara and march 7th. My healers are natasha and luocha which team should get which healer? Also i have welt with his light cone and i feel super bad for not playing him so do you see either of those teams as having a spot for welt?

Would say that as far as the team building section go that you didn't cover you can argue you shouldn't place him and Arland in the same party as you want Arland to lose HP to buff his damage and the auto heals will be healing Arland when you may not want Arland to be healed.
Since this video was released a while ago, I'd like to mention that running him with FUA characters is kinda crazy even if they're not fast. I've been running him in a Jing Yuan + Topaz team and the healing goes crazy because of Numby and the thunder lord.
Ran out of Stellar Jades and I'm already at ar60 so I've been trying everything else to farm more. My favorite fruit is apple and more power to you, dude!

Post-op S2 seems the best 4* atm (that I don't have), thanks for sharing the shared feeling info I wasn't sure if the talent will apply to it, if that isn't the case meh with that one, Quid Pro Quo looks like the best choice and easier to superimpose so more energy to each char every turn he comes(spd built) atm, specially if you build him with SPD boots that I want so he can give more skill points+dps+shorter cooldown on talent since his turns will be faster and in the end will keep the field most of the time anyways.😁
the way my luocha has more spd than my seele lmao so im using atk rope & atk boots instead. still looking for err rope, hopefully i can obtain it soon.

Luocha could be good when paired with shielders like pres-mc or March. Put them in MC/March-Luocha-x-x this helps when trying to get Luocha to absorb parts of multi-target enemy attacks.

I personally like the extra skill we get from the 4 pcs healer set quite a lot, im going for that now maybe months down the line when im happy with my other units i will invest in Loucha damage but right now it seems really unwise to me to use resources so Loucha can do a bit more damage.

11:30 I think it's because his auto skill is technically a talent, not a direct effect of the skill itself; it just happens to have the same effect as the skill. It's probably the same reason why Seele's extra attack is still considered the same turn when it comes to buffs (eg. if you buff Seele w. Tingyun, the buff applies both to the first and second strike you get if kill someone as it's all the same "turn").🤷♀

Is Luocha flexible enough to sort of halfass his builds? Will I be ok with Fleetless and Postop as a lightcone so half between Atk Luocha and Sloucha?
I decided to build him with Perfect Timing; it is aesthetically pleasing for a character to have their own LC, additionally..there is nothing more annoying than you healer and cleanser to get frozen.
i build him with effect res ornament to resist this incapacitated effects like frozen,..

I “built pity” through Silver Wolf for Luocha. Involuntarily.
Not sure if you mentioned it, but Louchas field also heals characters for using follow up attacks, like Claras and Marchs counter attacks or Himekos and Hertas passive. And of course also if an enemy uses an offensive ultimate.

Honestly I don’t see how IMG DMG sphere benefits him over ATK one. Maybe if you have super invested relics on him so he heal too much it makes sense, but I’m gonna stick with ATK one for now.
I dunno about healing % over atk, but people think healing % is better. But I don’t think it’s better by a lot and I think atk % might be more useful overall

@@xenoemblem7 Ye ur right, the thing is i was 0 pity with a 50/50 to lose, so the chances of getting Luocha were astrolow. Not only that but my rule of thumb in those situations is that unless i despise the 5* character and will never use him i give myself around 30 pulls for 4* (and got Luocha at the third 10pull). The literal worst that can happen is that i get a strong character (one i didnt really want, sure, but a good and useful one for sure) in 30 wishes. I am a little pissed about it but i cant say im upset, the worst thing that can happen is that i dont get Blade on the next banner and will have to wait for a rerun or, if i get really close to guaranteed after grinding every free wish possible, i may spend around 20 euros to get it wich im ok with.

Sushang is also quite good with him, because she's very fast and she can double attack sometimes thanks to her ultimate, as well as her traces raising her speed.
His best friend, however, is Welt, because Welt is a fellow imaginary unit who applies tons of break, slows down the enemy (meaning there are fewer attacks coming in on you when your field is down, which means your "downtime" is less important), can also apply the imaginary break, etc.
If you have, say, Welt, Luocha, Silver Wolf, and Seele (yes, team 5-star, I know), you can exploit either quantum resistance or imaginary resistance with 100% of your party, which allows you to use this hyper-powerful team for a lot of content.

so I have a question. Does imaginary damage% also count towards his atk in terms of increasing his healing?
Since his heals all depend on atk% it seems to make more sense to me to put atk% on his sphere rather than img dmg% since that's a different stat, but if that imaginary damage counts up for his heals, then yeah img dmg% would be better.

hii, I need help with deciding who I want to invest in for MoC, I haven't tried to do it and I'm at TB 63 already, the 5 stars that I have rn are Seele, Welt, Luocha, Clara, and Yanqing, and I have all the 4 stars available. The only characters that I have invested in are Seele, Luocha, Fire MC, Yanqing, Tingyun, and Natasha.
Okay I read some comments but didn't see something for silverwolf. So I decided to write this comment. When you use Silverwolfs skill you place a weakness on the enemy that is not on the enemy already. If there is a ice weakness on the enemy and you have Pela, Gepard, silverwolf and Jing on the team there is a 50/50 chance to get either lightning or Quantum weakness. Just a tip for team building around the enemy weaknesses with your characters
I have a question since you gonna use a skill in the auto auto skill rotation anyway does the shared feeling energy gain allow for the 3 turn rotation? If yes in whats imposition it is possible

I'm having trouble about his light cones.
I only have 2 light cones, Quid pro quo and Time waits for no one, seemingly 2 of Bailu's light cones. And I'm having trouble deciding if I should build Time waits for no one for Luocha or keep farming and pull for at least the other 4* light cones (I specifically wanted Perfect timing or even Post-op conversation)
Should I build Time waits for no one for Luocha? Is it a good one for him during the long run?
I have 2 main teams and I'm not sure which one should get luocha. first teams is e2 jing yuan with signature light cone, tingyun and fire mc as a tank. the second one is e2 yanqing with simulated universe hunt light cone at s5, clara and march 7th. My healers are natasha and luocha which team should get which healer? Also i have welt with his light cone and i feel super bad for not playing him so do you see either of those teams as having a spot for welt?

Would say that as far as the team building section go that you didn't cover you can argue you shouldn't place him and Arland in the same party as you want Arland to lose HP to buff his damage and the auto heals will be healing Arland when you may not want Arland to be healed.

Since this video was released a while ago, I'd like to mention that running him with FUA characters is kinda crazy even if they're not fast. I've been running him in a Jing Yuan + Topaz team and the healing goes crazy because of Numby and the thunder lord.
Ran out of Stellar Jades and I'm already at ar60 so I've been trying everything else to farm more. My favorite fruit is apple and more power to you, dude!

Post-op S2 seems the best 4* atm (that I don't have), thanks for sharing the shared feeling info I wasn't sure if the talent will apply to it, if that isn't the case meh with that one, Quid Pro Quo looks like the best choice and easier to superimpose so more energy to each char every turn he comes(spd built) atm, specially if you build him with SPD boots that I want so he can give more skill points+dps+shorter cooldown on talent since his turns will be faster and in the end will keep the field most of the time anyways.😁
the way my luocha has more spd than my seele lmao so im using atk rope & atk boots instead. still looking for err rope, hopefully i can obtain it soon.
