I’ve had my Select Cut since 2020. Its excellent! After 3 yrs the battery is 100%. Anyone critical of this machine is just nitpicking. It’s a great machine!!
I just gave you guys a thumbs up, because I know your just starting out, etc. I would suggest watching a lot of other people's electric lawn mower videos for content/ideas on what is important to know. Also, I would highly suggest wearing some sort of eye protection, expecially when using the string trimmer. Eventually, even with the side guard, you will kick something up into your face. Yes, it's happened to me. So, not just saying... PS: You don't have to be the biggest to succeed, just the best, which includes good customer communications/relations.
I bought this mower a couple weeks ago. Was tired of the gas mower. Cut the lawn last week. I think it’s great. Cuts awesome. I bought an extra battery. I was down to one light on the battery and I still need to cut the side. I don’t like to run the battery till it’s dead. I had one light left on the battery so I yanked it out and finished off with the spare battery. I think I could have finished the whole lawn with the one battery, but like I said I pulled out the battery with one light left. I love it. Works great. Should have got one a long time ago. Never thought I would say it but I’m looking forward to cutting the lawn again. This lawnmower comes highly recommended. Does a great job. I’m older so I takes a break now and then I would never take a break and shut off the gas mower because I was afraid I couldn’t start it again. Gas is to much of. Pain in the neck. Also the battery powered lawnmower can fold up and hardly takes any room. My gas lawnmowers are going to the dump soon. I will only buy electric from now own. Peace everyone.
I have had the Ego for about 3-4 years. I would not go back to gasoline. No fuel to store, it’s quiet, it cuts quite well, easy to store, and the list goes on. Cheers!
I own an EGO and Kobalt mower. Both mowers are made by the Chevron company. Kobalt is not as powerful, has fewer bells and whistles, and weighs more, but it's much cheaper. Both feel high-quality. Kobalt has a smaller motor and will overheat and shut off until it cools. Not an issue with EGO.
Its solid but the front arm on the lowering ect will eventually come off, just put the nut back on with locktite, I just did it with mine after 1.5 years
@@pmlawnservice that's what I call committed to a hustle. I have a gorilla cart that I pull my select cut, blower, and multi head tool with my Ego 42" Z6. I take care of some of my elderly neighbors lawns for them so the HOA stays off their backs. Keep up the good work.

Yup got one, works great. Battery lasts 50 minutes because I stop when its on last light.
the only legitimate critique of this machine is it's minimum height it can cut at. Other than that, it looks like an awesome mower.

I love mine, just gotta be careful to keep the self propel speed down, otherwise it jumps all over the place due to its light weight
