Hi Ryan, Kudos for sharing these videos. It really helped a lot. I passed my driving test yesterday from Gosforth after failing a couple of times in Gateshead DVSA. Thanks again 😊.
this is the same route i did, stopped in the same places as well but i did not go through that housing estate near the end, I just carried on going to the main road then back to the test centre
@@CunningAunty so, ideally, you want to be in the left hand lane but as long as you've checked and signalled, and there's nothing there, you can leave the roundabout. If there was someone there, it can be a problem!
@@SandyJasmine-s4i well you wouldn't run them over... But you don't need to give way of they are attempting to cross the road (not at junctions or pedestrian crossings)!
You can use either lane to join the dual carriageway, as long as you join following your routines. The default lane is the left hand side but the candidate didn't do anything wrong on this occasion

At the duration 19:16 , speed limit signboards are for 20mph for all left and right roads, but this driver was driving on 23-24mph and still passed?
So the sideroads are 20. If the main road is unsigned with streetlights along it, which it is, then the default speed limit applies. (30).
Hi Ryan, thanks for sharing video,
At @23:46 the person switched lane from A1 to Fawdon in a circle, is that allowed. Why was it not a fault ?

Hi Ryan, just general question. Do we need to give way to pedestrians who are trying to cross the road apart from junctions and zebra crossing?

@Nav1g8r1 lol yesh right thanks

Why did the learner keep to the right lane on a slip road 21:52

Thanks mate I have my test soon so I wanted to be sure, so keeping on the right on the slip road wouldn't get you any fault init ?
