Built the Chiron first, building the Porsche now! Love these technic sets, absolutely genius engineering, and I dont have that front suspension problem with my bugatti
The Chiron I've seen about for £199 down from £330 which is very cheap for Lego and the amount of pieces, wait until there in the sale, as for the GT3 that seems to never be on sale I think it's because it's not in production any more so the price will rise.
I like the Bugatti for the color, visible motor, and better design on the rims/disk brakes. Lego should release an updated Bugatti service pack with improved spring rate.
I have both. Just finished my Chiron that was a Christmas present. Must say they are both very good but the Bugatti in my opinion is the better and more interesting build would recommend it man.
something else that differentiates these sets is the date of release. The GT3RS was their first set, so it was a test kit in a way. their skills improved a lot on the Chiron. Both are great sets!!!! Chiron is not an easy kit to build.....the GT3RS was fairly easy compared to the Chiron.
Pls do a vid comparing all 3 when the lambo comes out June 1st. I’ll have all of them anyway as I have Porsche and Bugatti so I can’t keep my excitement in for it. Can’t wait to see pictures of it as well!!
The Bugatti and Lamborghini have the most incredible packaging. I’ve seen £500 sets where it’s just a bunch of plastic bags thrown into one box. Finally we have something to proudly keep on our shelves.
2:05 some hints for a lime car(the Sián) on that lime piece there on the Chiron. Now I’m working on finding hints on the next car from the Sián. :):):)
Considering the development cycle of these cars and the possible color variations of the Sián that were shown in the manual I would rather call this a coincidence :)
I have both these supercars and the cons that I found: - Both sets have no alternate model unlike most of Technic sets. For instance Volvo dozer has B-model. - Bugatti’s shock absorbers like shown here especially the front section is the big issue I found so far. Even the forums/comments have complaint about this. I already contacted Lego support about the issue and will send me new shock absorbers for free. If in case the new ones would not work (I’m assuming it doesn’t work). I will contact Lego again for feedback. - Bugatti’s unlocking code via Lego site sometimes might not work. I was recommended to use Google Chrome browser to unlock the code. Another problem is after the unlocked, I cannot open nor download the ownership’s certificate also cannot play special episode instead goes frozen. I already addressed this issue to Lego support and will fix this issue.
All of Lego sets by theme always have either alternate model or by your own idea/imagination (DIY/MOC). I have other Lego Technic sets and some of them I chose to build in B-model. Mine is easy to build alternate model with instructions provided by Lego than building by myself because I’m not good at building by my own idea especially in Technic theme

Hi there. Been searching for answers and unfortunately lego online support seems to be a 10 day delay, but your channel seems extremely well versed on lego. Picked the Bugatti up on re-release here and got gearbox done. However I find 8th gear, as per vid in 3:32 seems to be chattery while rest are smooth. This is the default build shifter location. Everything else is fine except this one it seems. Did you find it with this in your build as well if you can remember? I cannot track down the issue at all and do not want to continue til I do. Fantastic videos though. Did you find this at

I might have an idea what it could be based on your land rover vid, the part not fully clicked in. I didnt think to verify alignments. Perhaps is just enough to bind a gear on that one specific position.
Found the cause, was a tricky one that you probably know, but perhaps is a more recent issue with part manufacturing. The issue was in the right rear gearset. The black gear on outer shaft driving the inner shaft tan gear (do not have tooth count handy) were binding causing the shafts to torque, then release. I had to play around with them a bit with very fine adjustments on all the parts to get it to stop. I believe the tip of the smaller black gear is too wide it seemed. Ideal solution would be to file each point just the tiny bit. So if you get something seeming to bind on a newer kit and it has this smaller black to tan set, I would recommend checking it out.
This is an amazing review! Loved it and thanks. The pistons taking awhile in the Bugatti is because of the distance between gear teeth by the way. Well done, again.
Hey guys. Just so you know the Bugatti has multiple gears that can be moved using the stick shift. They did not have it in drive mode, thus making them engine not move. If you pull the switch all the way back, the engine will start turning after a couple of inches of driving.

Wow to a amazing cars side by side I need me one of those Lol I like the side by side without the body because you can see how it works First to like it They are too great models I kinda like the Porsche body how the front looks
The moment when I compare how authentic and detailed is the interior compared to the original... despite being a race car, the GT3 RS has a pretty luxurious interior with lots of details that are not present in the LEGO version.
1. The Porsche's rear wing can be adjusted much further to the front 2. You have numbered the Buggati's gears the other way around - at the same speed of the car, the engine runs fast in the 1st gear, not the 8th!
1. Perhaps, I just wanted to so the manual mechanism 2. It's LEGO's way of numbering, if you check the Defender the fake engine runs the fastest in the highest gear. I know it's incorrect, but that's how they do it
Great video! I have both cars, but only Porsche works. I assemblied and disassemblied the Chiron 3 times and I don't know where the problem is. Car is stuck if I engage drive or reverse. Only works if I put the gearstick in neutral. If I try to push the car, something sticks, I think it's some double gearing or something. But can't figure out where. I tried 3 times, took me 3 weeks and still don't know where the problem is.
I have one question. Can the cars actually move by themselves with the motor or is that just an add on. If you can answer my question that would be great. 👍
There's no official motorization so you need to figure it out yourself. It depends on the motors you put it, they can move around but due to their weight they will not be fast at all.
Me: What the heck is the connection between the price of the sets and whether I use a microphone or not? Btw just a hint - this video was made 2 years ago, watch the new ones and you'll realize that things have changed.
