I tested the first recipe today with what I had, I used garlic, onion balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, pepper and korean sesame oil for the dressing and just one salad because I didn’t had anything else I also put some nuts, sunflower seeds, black roasted sesame seeds and actually my boyfriend wasn’t hungry but he told me “what are you cooking? it smells delicious! Can I eat with you?” He finished everything! Can’t wait to try the second one!

I've made the miso dressing and it is FANTASTIC! It's on such high rotation in my house, me and the fella love it. We've been using it as dressing and dip for veggies. Amazing with a touch of peanut butter and sesame oil (a splash of fish sauce if you're into that) for dipping salad rolls. Avocado, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, pea shoots, red onion (anything seasonal really) and some rice paper sheets with this sauce on the side? Summer lunch sorted. 11/10.

Every time I watch a food video, I fall into two camps of thought: the "yeah right, I'd never do it that way" camp, or the "that would be nice to try someday, but probably won't" camp. I can honestly say that I truly want to try both these salad recipes! Their flavor profiles sound so delectable and unique, and the blend of vegetables sound so fresh and delicious! I also admire your different methods for bringing out the most flavor of each dish. I am copy/pasting both of these recipes and adding a few more ingredients to my grocery list this week! I think most of the time when people say eating veggies/a plant based diet is boring is because they don’t season their food and are used to the taste of meat. Even just chopping up some veggies adding some olive oil, salt, chilli flakes and pepper and just letting it cook in the oven tastes amazing.
I enjoyed this video soooo much. I love eating greens and salads but sometimes it can get a bit boring, and this video has given me so many ideas! I really loved the video. Please keep making more of these💛💛🙏🙏

lazzydaisy3 sure babe! Just omit! You can replace any nuts with seeds no problems! Look into hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, tiger nuts, sesame seeds, etc etc

Also, as someone who's trying to save money right now, I'm wondering if in future videos you could add some budget options/substitutions? If you already have various vinegars and oils and mustards and miso and other wonderful things at home, this is very budget-friendly, but if you don't, it's a bit of an investment. Some simple ways to amp up a store-bought dressing, for instance, would be an awesome budget option. Lastly, a huge congratulations to Violette for the birth of her beautiful daughter!!! P.S. I love this channel; haven't missed a video since I discovered it a couple of years ago. And am so excited about the direction it's taking. Thank you!!

Also do you have any tips for reducing food wastage when it comes to buying produce for one person?
