I did a vision board last year for the first time and was surprised how much I was able to accomplish. The vision board focused my energy to the point that even the things that I didn't quite get to, kept my spirit motivated to continue pushing through such a hard year. The future is bright and is going to be awesome. Great video!

I have been doing vision boards for MANY years. I wouldn’t dream about starting a year without one. I look back over the years and am astounded at what I have created. I am 70. So much more living to do!

I made my digital vision board and then printed it on a A4 paper and glued it in my journal. Every time I journal, almost daily, I look at my vision board and it gives me great feelings about things I want and also reminds me of what my goals are, it gives me emotions and motivation.

just finished up my vision board! I did the more "old school" route of getting a piece of white cardboard, printing out the images, and physically putting the board together. It helps me to better activate what I'm trying to achieve and is a constant reminder of my purpose in the morning
Absolutely, if you then insert the images you like, excite and invite you to watch, the event is not only certain but extremely fast. The key word is to have fun.

I love the tip of including pictures from your current life, too. Along with the gratitude aspect you mentioned, I also find that it makes the overall vision seem more realistic and believable because the future elements are blended together with current elements.
Every year I say I’ll make a vision board and then I see your video and it motivates me to actually do it!

I’ve recently been getting out of a huge pit of depression that I have been spiraling downwards constantly for a large length of my life. Things have been improving very much lately, especially due to reading particular books such as The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod so I can establish a better lifestyle & become the person that is capable of having the life I long for. I just did a vision board video as well on my channel, and I like it on the cardboard, or posted type like material to actually see everyday and have it see me. I’ve never seen it done this way. Great video.

Funny you said vision book. Lol. I started off making a board but end up with a book instead. And turning the book into a slideshow screensavers😁 it makes you so happy to look up and saw your screen playing your dream life.

Wow that’s great that you want to go to Cambodia and help with education. I am Cambodian living in America and am a public health grad student and researcher. I have been to Cambodia twice and It’s so rewarding just to be there. You will love it!
You using realistic pictures is really smart and makes a lot of sense, but I'm emotionally visual so I like using the pictures that spark the deepest emotions within me, even if it is a filtered instagram photo.
Appreciate this concept. I'm a bit torn because I feel like using it as wallpaper will make it fade into the background where I'm not paying attention, but I like the idea of being able to keep updating it. Either way, thank you for posting this and stepping through it. I think Group C with their fingers were probably actually moving their finger most of the time when they were visualizing. That subtle movement each time over the course of weeks would definitely have an impact.

Im trying manifesting and was thinking about doing a vision board. But didn't want to waste ink, definitely going to try it this way.
You can put them in a frame eat your food on them and discuss it how it feels to already have it all to shift your energy. Inputting the energy within you like the water method.

I watched the secret not long ago, though I've always been aware of manifesting your reality, I never got around to a vision board, so I like this idea, I used Canva myself, and it's funny... long story short, my goal has always been, for at least 15 years, to move to Seattle, I met that goal in 2016 and moved there from Georgia, in 2021 I had to move back, and now i'm trying to get back, though my finances are holding me back, just though it was funny as you mentioned "a trip to Seattle" in this video!

I don't think vision boards are for everyone, especially not perfectionists. If you do make one, make sure it relates to things within your actual control. I had created a relationship vision board when I was single and I found it put an immense amount of pressure on me. Everyday I would look at the board hoping to meet my husband and I would feel like the entire day was a failure if I hadn't. I was online dating, joining countless clubs, attending various events. It was exhausting and I was single for seven years. The vision board was a daily reminder that I was working myself into the ground over something I couldn't control. I threw the vision board away and six weeks later met my husband. 😂 in my experience the vision board created needless pressure to when I already had an anxious achievement personality type. I could have never predicted the date and time I would meet my husband and neither could a vision board.
I have no idea why this got me so emotional. I needed to hear this. make sure it related to things you can actually control. i love that.

I have 4 Vision boards in framed 5X7 form on my nightstand. And they're very mindfully made? I have 2 cut & paste apps. 1 for pasting my face on bodies and the other for superimposing my body onto different places I want to be at or visit! Then I have Canva and a Collage one also cos I use them for my own RUclips Channel.❤❤❤
We are in a sea of possibilities. You see. My spirit found you. I listen to you and you have that familiar look and profoundness. Like my cousin on the Christmas table sharing their beliefs and what their strive for. My brother I don't know you personally but I'll like to think that the world were sharing is boundless and without limit. All those words to let you know simply that you inspired me to start a même page and try to learn from it. Treat it like a fruit of my labor after a long day of organizing my thoughts and my metabolism trying to outdo myself each day. You make me feel like Rocky and you ain't a girl that something right there in my opinion.
