In a deleted scene of encanto, where mirabel, Felix, and her dad are cleaning the house we actually get to see the inside of Dolores room. However before she got super hearing she actually had julietas powers. We don’t get much of and it’s just in the form of a storyboard but I’d suggest checking it out.
Yes. A million times yes. Camilo was the hardest to think of, but it an indoor cabana named The Chameleon sounds wonderful and zany, just like Camilo and his theatrical streak. Great thinking 🦎😻
I think his room would be a void since he can shapeshift he should be able to change the way his room looks like too he could make it look like a massive world or even become a god in his room
There's actually a deleted scene where Dolores was originally going to have the healing powers and we see her room. It was a chemistry lab/kitchenette where she'd make the healing agent that she bakes into food.
I've always imagined Camilo's room so be like this: When you walk in, its just black, not like the lights are turned off, its like a void. When Camilo in there, he can make whatever he wants, he can make it look like an ordinary bedroom, a beach, a kitchen, you name it. He can customize all of the furniture and choose where he wants it to be etc. Like, he could have ANYTHING- Another way I've thought about it is exactly like that but anyone can change it, like if Pepa goes into Camilo's room and she doesn't like the rug he thought of, boom, its a new rug. If Dolores doesn't want Camilo's room to look like a kitchen, poof, now its a living room.
I personally love the theory that the whole house has been Mirabel's room the entire time - that her door wasn't disappearing, it was merging with the house itself, signalling that the responsibility of the candle, power, house, and family will eventually pass to her.
and also, at the end of the movie, she was the one to bring the house to life with the doorknob and she is the only one to actually talk to casita like directly
When her door disappeared I imagined it went into her having that power as the house knew that it was going to break in the future. Because of that when she opens the door she now is the master of the house she is and will be replacing abuela
I really like the idea of Luisa's room being a beach. Like maybe part of it could be a beach where she can relax and the other part could be similar to planet fitness
While mirabel is chasing Bruno we see a brief moment where Camilo is giving pepa coffee/tea. If you look closely at the rooms design it has raindrops on the walls along with lightning and clouds carved into her chair. It follows a weather theme. This is Pepas room.
You know how Antonio has that one part of his room that has a wall and some green paint, and probably some pictures too? That's his room part. The magic part is the tree.
I remember the idea I had for Camilo's room was similar to the one described in the video- just chaos. Complete. Chaos- stairs that lead to nowhere, the room is constantly changing Harry Potter style and sometimes just right infront of the door something will appear and accidentally hurt someone, so Camilo tries not to let anyone into his room in fear they may get hurt
... Or his room is the most normal and stable because he goes through the most physical change and needs a grounding place to be himself without putting on a "face" if you will
I hope the least we get is every member of the family get their own short on Disney+ that shows us their everyday lives. Other than that, great video! Keep the Encanto videos coming!
I completely agree I have a desperate need to spread this word so this actually happens soooo EVERYONE WHO SEES THIS REPOST IT ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA YOU HAVE PLSSSSS LETS HYPE THIS IDEA SO DISNEY DOES IT!!!
I’m pretty sure Bruno’s room was so large and vast because the Castilla understood he’d need space. And also because it was just a good visual representation of his loneliness.
I'd like to think Bruno's room didn't always look the way we see it in the movie and it's just been crumbling since he stopped going in there. For example, maybe at one point it had colourful murals on the walls and they've just been eroded over the years by all that sand
Here is what I think each room is: Abuela: I agree with what you said Julieta: A farm with a big kitchen and TONS of recipes and a room with a comfort therapy thing pepa: Some type of cloud castle (Idk she likes weather) Luisa: I agree with the stone place and secret door to the theme park Camillo: I think Camillo would have what you thought Dolores would have, minus the orchestra. (I think this because he could go on a stage and perform him being himself or others) Dolores: A cabin in the quiet woods with calm, nice sounds like a waterfall antonio: Well, the jungle book lol And we already know Isa, Mira, ect. I hope u like my suggestions
Also ideas for the other rooms: Luisa would have a hammock style bed or something to kick her feet up Pepa would have something for calming her nerves with Felíx to enjoy too Camilo would have a room that keeps shifting and changing like you said, but it’d be more like a dressing room you’d expect from actors Dolores woykd have a music stage style room, but have a closet-like room that she can go into to decompress in silence unless someone knocks on the door. Julietta I can see having a more farm look but I would also think she’d have a test kitchen deal with a special cook book of every recipe she knows in memory.
You actually see Camilo conforting his mom in her room with raindrop wallpaper and then that would be the point where it turns into the magical room witch idk what that would be
Pepas room would be magically enhanced to handle all of her crazy weather whenever she has a breakdown or whatever. Louisa's room would be designed to help her work with her strength but also have a different room where she can relax and have fun. Camilos room would be constantly changing colors, wallpapers, furniture, window placing, etc,. I have more ideas and I think I'm going to draw them in my sketchbook.
If the Disney+ show ever comes to fruition, I really hope that Camilo and Dolores become detectives. Imagine all the fun shenanigans that could happen with those two as detectives. Plus, their powers are perfect for it. Camilo can transform into anyone, so he’d be a master of stealth, and Dolores can hear anything so she’d be able to get information easily. Plus, we get to see them more often, and it’s probably the best way their powers can help the village.
@@moxxies_mayhem Pepa's kids detective juniors? yep, I need that, too bad if it really happens then Antonio probably will have to be left out, since he's overpowered, a birdy could actually tell him everything XD
@@marierolfson1812 literally Camilo, Delores, and Antonio are my fav characters and they get NO screen time. They should totally get their own series like that. That would be great.
For Luisa's room, I've always imagined it to look like her dream life she showed in Surface Pressure, with the pink clouds where she could float around and escape the crushing waves of expectation to free room for joy.
@@torazely she prob has a room that blocks noise but i dont think so since she said in the movie, she heard Luisas eye twitching all night while she was sleeping
A popular idea in fanfics that I've seen is that Camilo's room is lined with mirrors like a mosaic and is quite colorful with drawers, doors, cabinets, and more being hidden away in the reflective walls. I'd imagine Camilo would have covered his walls in abstract or lively paintings and drawings of his own doing as well as beautifully colorful tapestries from the people of the town. But that's just my take on it. I'm so excited to see what they make of it (if at all, that is)!
I don't think that's her gift. Since the door ceremony didn't work for her she legit didn't get one. BUT, that could be what led her to address Casita so often. As the only one without magical gifts, she is the one that truly appreciates the house's magic. Mirabel knows that it's like to "not be special," (in quotes because she WAS special, she just didn't see it) so she makes it a point to acknowledge the special nature of the house.
@@wancourb Okay, but look at the end. When she puts the door knob on the new Casita, she's the one who lights it up. Who puts the magic back in the house.
Her power is encouragement, she’s the only one who comforted her siblings, helping them find themselves, it shows a gift isn’t some power.. it’s something actually inside you. I don’t think most of you got the point of the movie or the character.
Abuela also addresses Casita when she switches Mirabel's place at the table so she'd be away from Luisa. However Mirabel does seem to have a more special connection as she relies on Casita for things. Personally, I believe Mirabel will take over Abuela's place in the family and that she never needed powers to be "special". I think that's beautiful.
Right when Dolores got her own gift she also got her own room, which probably means she wouldn’t have to worry about the rain. Even thought she could hear Luisa’s eye twitch..
i heard someone say that when she said 'all night' she was talking about the party, because we don't actually really know how long the party after antonio's ceremony went on for since the only part we saw was when mirabel was warning abuela about the cracks in casita
Doesn't she also talk about hearing the rats in the walls all night though? If her room isn't sound proof, that would be such a shame. The idea of super hearing that you can't turn off and on would not be fun
The fact that Dolores' room is soundproof is nice, but it opens a plot hole: she said she heard Luisa's eye "twitching all night", which wouldn't be possible if her room was soundproof (unless she snuck out like, all night, but I don't know, it seems like a leap...)
Odds are, Dolores had a window open to spy on the Guzman's the night before, as she all but admits she does to Mariano in the end, and that was when she could hear Luisa's eye twitching the night before.
i think camilo would have a lot of mirrors in it because hes trying to find out who he is and because he can shift in any persona it would be a good idea if he can see himself in only these mirrors even when he is looking like someone else so he doesnt forget how he looks like
yea cause in the movie when his sister tells him about brouno and the future he shapeshifted into 3 different people and diddnt get his face back on point until fleix told him
oooh I'd actually read a fanfiction where it suggests the opposite, there's no mirrors at all anywhere in Camilo's room cuz he'd get anxiety everytime he looks at himself because he doesn't know who he is and just keeps on transforming and transforming into different people and mirrors are just bad for him cuz they only show a reflection and not who he really is and he doesn't know who he is and whatever- butyeah that fanfic was kinda depressing so idk just an idea
Honestly I want to see this Cassita as an attraction in Disney more than a series. The kitchen=dining/restrurant, Antonio's room=petting zoo, Isabella's room=garden walk, and more. Some ideas here I heard before from another RUclipsr only you explain all in one video.
Alternative for Camilo’s room: it’s some massive costume room, and performing centre. Possibly even some like a convention hall. Multiple personas for performances, or multiple personas, for OCs.
I think Camilo could have mirrors, props and backgrounds so he can practice his impressions. It also would have furniture that’s stitched together to show how he doesn’t know who he wants to be yet but has one running theme that’s subtle to remind him if he digs deep enough he will find himself
I always thought of Julieta as having a small, soft colored room with a door to a garden, maybe not acres big, though. And definitely an outdoor kitchen
I also agree, with the garden being separate, but I feel like her room would be pretty big and kinda similar to Antonio’s and Isabellas since shee seem like she would love nature and to just have like a greenhouse in her room
For Camilo I had the idea of having a lot of mirrors. In part to practice his impressions but also for a theme of self-reflection, to help figure out who he is. Maybe that's part of the cabana club room you talked about.
For Luisa, I personally love the beach idea. Firstly, a beach is a great place for relaxing to just destress. Secondly, a beach is a decent work out spot. Especially with the equipment.
i feel like julieta feels a hell of a lot of anger deep down, seeing how everyone treats her daughters and knowing she cant help as much as she wants to. so honestly, as non-canon as it is, i like the idea of her having a separate little room with punching bags and skateboards and all the stuff teens do to rebel, cause she had to be perfect too, maybe every now and then she just wants to do something crazy and be a little less "level headed". the edit was me fixing typos
I also have a theory that julieta was the "golden child" between the triplets since her gift is the most useful ( now Bruno and Peppa 's gifts are useful too but people misinterpreted Bruno's visions as negative and Peppa 's gift is next to impossible to control ) and you can't go wrong with it so she probably had the same pressure as Luisa where she was expected to always heal and cook for the whole village with a smiley face , i also wonder if she might have some feelings of guilt deep down like maybe she didn't always stick up for Bruno when he was being the black sheep of the family maybe she tried to comfort him in private but didn't call out her mom or the village for treating him as bad luck so when mirabel didn't get a gift and Bruno left she didn't want to repeat the same mistake with her daughter that she did with her brother and it's than that she started to speak up against her mother Just a thought i sometimes love digging into the characters psychology
how i imagine all the encantos room alma abuela’s: the same old room that she had when she was younger isabelas: it would be the same room but it has different more plants and the room would be a bit more colorful than just pastel purple and pink and the flowers would change colors depending on her emotions bruno’s:his room would be just still be sand everywhere (maybe more less) and the stairs are just more shorter bcs it has too many- also a new vision case, a place for his rats antonio’s: would be the same thing mirabels:if she got a new room just like the others it would be a the same but with a small feild full with flowers and others representing as her family and yellow butterflies luisas:it would be just like the rocks ( 5:28 ) but also a hidden place where all the amusement park is ( 5:05 ) and the glowing rocks thing can change colors on what she likes pepa’s: the room would be big like isabelas, full with clouds and a huge spiral stairs leads up to her bed, closet and things, i like the idea that the temperature thing, there would be a place where it’s just a normal room (that scene where camilo tried comforting her) where she can listen to music calmly or play some music and dance with felix, there would be a lot of broken umbrellas tbh dolores: her room would have calm things like a calm waterfall pond, flowers area and the room would have sound proof walls but isn’t enough and she can still hear slightly everything because of the door, i like the idea of the music idea but she wouldn’t play the drums- there would be stairs up to a room where she can play musics but the calming instruments like a ukulele, piano or so camilos:it would be a huge room where there’s just mirrors everywhere LIKE EVERYWHERE, paintings of his family, he would practice shapeshifting by looking at the mirrors or just admire at himself, his room can shapeshift to anything, his bed would be upstairs and the stairs would be a spiral since the idea of him spinning when shapeshifting and down stairs would be where there’s a mini stage and has a pet chameleon, a closet just full of the same ponchos he uses, since he always panics abt forgetting himself he always goes to that one area that’s just full of things that comforts him (IM OBSESSED WITH CAMILO 😔😔😔) julieta’s:i like to think her room isn’t THAT big, there would be a small kitchen where she practice other recipes, and a farm outside that isn’t big, where she can gathers some baking supplies, a little stair case up to her and Agustin’s room, there would be some musical instrument for Agustin since he can play the piano, he would play some while julieta bakes, a small room where there’s all the healing things are like a first aid kit, blankets, a small bed, etc it’s just in case she runs out of baking supplies but that barely happens IM A HUGE FAN OF ENCANTO AND I RLLY LOVE THR IDEAS U DID SKSJSJ IM ALSO VERY OBSESSED WITH SPIRALS STAIRS I DONT KNOW WHY😭😭😭
I like to think that Bruno's new room comes with a gigantic theatre complete with tons of props and costumes where he can put on plays for his family and the community. And of course, the rat telenovelas are the highlight.
a random thought: Luisa mentioning Hercules means her and the rest of the town must be familiar with Greek mythology. this is interesting because of the legend of Cassandra, the prophet cursed by Apollo to never be believed. which makes the family's treatment of Bruno EVEN MORE baffling, do you not recognize the trope of the unfairly maligned prophet????
I've given it some thought and I've come up with this. Bruno is basically Cassandra. Luisa is, of course, Heracles/Hercules. I'm torn between Pepa or Julieta as Demeter. On one hand, Demeter's the goddess of the harvest/grain, which fits Julieta, but when Persephone was taken the weather changed due to Demeter's anger and depression, which fits Pepa. As much as I hate and even kinda resent Isabela, (I've never been the Golden Child lol) it only makes sense that she's Persephone, goddess of the spring. Because flowers. Camillo...I'm stuck between Pan, Hermes, and Dionysus. Abuela is Hera. Mirabel is definitely Hestia, goddess of the Hearth and Home. The only ones I haven't figured out are Dolores and Antonio.
@@ladielydkyd1281 Persephone isn't a goddess of spring. In almost all regards she is more just an Under World God. Her connections to Spring is technically more incidental than anything since her mother is the one that brings forth spring. She just happens to be the one making her mother happier. In a lot of ways Persephone's more of an underworld Gods than even Hades.
I'd love if Julietta's room was about SELF-care. Massages, hot herbal baths, warm fluffy blankets etc. She spends all her day attending to other people and their (mostly physical) problems. She is the helper/carer of the family, but who helps HER regain energy? So if Dolores gets a soundproof room to get a break from the drains her powers come with, Julietta should too!
I was going to say the same thing. I identify w/ Julietta the most and while yeah, it is nice to be able to take care of my beloved ones, it is also super important to get pampered and get a full night of sleep
I've been thinking about the magical bedrooms ever since the movie first came out and I think I have a decent idea of them now. With the exception of Alma's which is said to be a replication of her and Pedro's old home, each of the rooms' interiors follows 3 rules: 1. They are inspired by at least one particular place or cultural event in Colombia (like how Isabela's room is inspired by the Medillín Festival of the Flowers for example). 2. The have certain features that help the inhabitant to explore using their gift and to practice their duties (like how Bruno's room is filled with sand and have a spacious cave to help perform visions for example). 3. They have a few extra features that reflect the inhabitant's personality and role in the family (like how Antonio's room is very positive and welcoming in tone because he hasn't been exposed to the same pressures and expectations as his family for example). That's my idea, so if anybody wants to know more about what I think the other rooms would look like, just ask.
I feel like the series should be a documentary thing that one of the family members (eithers Mirabel or Camilo because theyre the obvious ones) records the whole day and it's just a fun thing. Sorta like with the Gravity Falls shorts when Mabel records her little videos.
All rooms are like that in the front and then when they open their door it expands the room to match their personality and gift take Antonio’s room for example
I love your idea for Dolores's room where only she can tell the octave of the floorboards. I think that would definitely fit her. I think Camilo's room would change depending on what he needs. Ex. If he wants to read, it turns into a library. He needs to sleep? Comfy bedroom.
The first time I watched this movie with my mom she said something along the lines of "the shape shifter kid probably doesn't feel like he has a personality of his own yet so he keeps imitating other people" and dang, it seems she hit the nail right on the head
idk if anyone else noticed, but when i watched it a second time, i noticed mirabelle gives him his gift, literally and metaphorically. when she \hands him his box, the wrapping has animals, and he gets a stuffed leopard-
I always imagined Luisa’s room changing like we see in her song, changing to different dangerous scenes so that she can practice to be both strong and what to do in those moments
If Encanto gets a series, I don't want to see JUST stories directly after the events of the film. Don't get me wrong, that sounds cool, and we can get to know characters we, well, didn't get to know. I would love to see stories from the families past, like before Bruno left, as well as stories from the distant future, where the family has rearranged a bit, and several generations pass.
@@nachincamera That would be really cool, although we already get to see most of it during the intro of “We Don’t Talk About Bruno.” Even so, that is a really good idea that Disney could easily expand upon.
I’d want an episode where Dolores and Mariano get married, considering they get together at the end of the movie. It would also be cool to see their 5 babies, what names they’d have, and what gifts they’d have.
Camilo’s would be a large room with mirrors, a comfortable bed and photos of the people he most commonly becomes, including himself as he has an identity crisis.
But that has nothing to do with his gift or his personality. It’s not like Isabella’s entire room changed once she decided to use her gifts for other things
Hmmm maybe not completely, I feel like the crisis could happen but I also feel like he would adapt to other people's changes and his so his gift also changes with the people, so he wouldn't have to feel like he forgot something
My theory is that Camilo's room is just like him, a shapeshifter. I was wondering where the location was during his part in "We Don't Talk About Bruno," and someone theorized as well that it could possibly be his room. Maybe he could change the appearance and tone of the room to fit what he needed, like when he made that hole for Mirabel to fall in during the song? It's seems a bit far fetched, but it's just a theory.
OMG YES, EXACTLY! You can even see a door behind him during the song, this is THE strongest theory about Camilo's room, and personally what I believe it would be.
This is a theory i came up with: What if we have actually seen Camilos room, during We don't talk about Bruno the soroundings change in matters of seconds like Camilo does so what if the song was performed in his room and later they went to the main hall.
Before I watch this video, I’d just like to think Dolores has sound-proofed walls and ceilings, not sure what the furniture material would be or how the furniture would be positioned but, I do know it would make sense for her to have a sound-proof room so she doesn’t have to constantly hear people talking and all. Edit: This guy definitely had the same idea as me
I choose to belive Juliana's room looks like a dark spooky potion lab with skulls bottles and bubbling cauldrons everywhere... Where she practices making the ULTIMATE ENCHILADA SAUCE because I think that's just funnier
I like to imagine Camilo's room almost exactly like that but instead of a club being at the top, there's a room walled with a mirror that's broken. In each one of those shards is a piece of him. Reflecting each part of his personality.
I really like the idea of Peppa‘s room being like a thermometer in and the part where Dolores is just rocking it on the drums like the sound effects are amazing
I feel like Camilos room would be slightly similar to Antonio's room but instead of a bunch of animals it would just be chameleon, but maybe some more camouflaging creatures
There are such deleted tendons from Encanto and there in one of them we see that Dolores clearly has lots of (magic) drinks in her room, and that, yes, Luisa has that kind of fitness center okay in her room
Your theories are great to listen to, as usual. And yeah, Dolores' gifts seems like it'd be a real stress for both her and anyone who wanted any privacy in that community 😟
I had this really cool idea for Camilo: When Camilo walks in his room he sees a normal room but the walls are made of different shapes of mirrors and in each mirror he is a different person. But if it's not Camilo walking in, the person who is in there just sees themselves (thus making Camilo impossible to see what he looks like unless he looks at a different mirror that's not from his room)
I like to think Julieta’s room being a herbalist’s shop that’s filled with different herbs and spices, as well as her being able to get any kind of material she needs for cooking food- prolly from some hanging trees that have its branches formed into the shape of baskets/containers lining the walls It’d be really cozy but also spacious
8:10 So based on the story Antonio and Mirabel were roommates that leads me to believe that before Dolores got her gift she was in the same room that Mirabel lives in, and when she got her gift she got her room to live in
the thing I love about pepas room is when he described what Dolores would’ve heard when sleeping in her moms room Finn said “this is what I think she would’ve heard” then a political ad plays and it had me *ROLLING*
Based on Luisa's second picture, it is now my headcannon that Madrigal pets also get doors, and that the Madrigals have a cat with amplified physical impossibility powers.
to be honest i love the fact that dolores' room is a soundproof room with a concert hall knowing that they cant explore the whole world because of the mountains makes sense that they should also know about music
I feel like Julieta will need pepa to help grow the crops so whenever she is sad she can just go into Juliettes room and calm down because she knows she’s doing something right
considering Julieta's symbol is a mortar and pestle plus her power relates to food that heals i think her room would be some kind of apothecary mixed with a garden
*just a theory* I think that Bruno had a better room when he was younger, with more childlike elements that made his room fun and maybe some sanctuary elements for his mental health, but when he left his room deteriorated and lost it's fun. If he came back to the house, I think it would return to it's better state.
I think they said somewhere that the room started to rot along with his reputation and eventual departure. Don't remember if it was in the movie or behind the scenes, but they said soemthing about it changing alongside with him, which makes sense, as it reflected his sense of isolation, and the stairs probably reflected the lengths he felt like he had to go to in order to just reach his destination, and my assumption would be that the bridge to the cave that was once there broke when he cut himself off from the family, mirroring how he felt like no matter how hard he tried, or how many stairs he climbed, he'd never be able to reach them
I think Camilo is more of a theatre geek then anything. I like to imagine a big theatre with Hamilton, mean girls, dear Evan Hansen, heathers, ect, just playing on the speakers! I love the changing furniture idea tho And the tornado!! There would also be mirrors here and there
Here’s what I think everybody’s room would look like: Abuela: Her normal room from her old home Julietta: I think her normal room part would be where her bed and stuff are, but there’d also be a kitchen there that she can practice recipes in. I think her transformation into her magic portion would definitely a farm full of things she could get for her food Pepa: Your idea is the best to me Bruno: Already seen it Isabella: A room made of millions of different plants Dolores: A normal room at first, but a secret door to a soundproof room full of instruments she can test Luisa: I like the beach idea with the gym equipment. But I also think there could be a secret door that goes under the sand that leads to an underground water park or theme park. Camilo: I think his would just be a normal room with 1 wall being a giant mirror that he can look into and try on new looks Antonio: Obviously the rainforest
I think that Luisa’s room is the pink clouds from her song. Also you know how there is a little bit of foreshadowing when we meet Antonio? Well I think that there was probably that kind of foreshadowing for everyone. Like for Example, maybe Dolores liked es dropping so her gift ended up listening. Just an idea.
I always thought there would be a lot of mirrors in his rooms where if he passes by it, it's a different person that is in the reflection while if a guest passes by it, it's their normal reflection
I would love an Encanto sequel!!!! I never gave much thought into julietta or Camillos room and I love how you described them!!! ❤️ For Luisa we see her using the outside hallway as a treadmill so I imagine that her room might have a couple of weights but not be focused on a gyms or workout area. And during the song surface pressure when she talks about how nice it must be to relax she is surrounded by pink clouds, donkey-unicorns. So maybe Luisa’s room is very child like with that cotton candy pink everywhere since she had to grow up so quickly.
Yesss that is right we need more of it it’s the best I got Disney+ today so I watched it 5 times in a day I love it all more Encanto pls I need money for Encanto stuff but I don’t have even 1$
Also, I love every one of your ideas for the rooms. I think Pepa's room would also include spiritual servants who provide massages, facials, etc. to keep her calm and healthy. Camelo's room sounds like the best one, honestly. I'm sure, if the music angle for Delores holds true (which I hope it does), the two siblings would team up (possibly with their father and uncle Augustin) would team up to put on shows for the town in the cabaña.
For Luisa, To somewhat represent her power, she would have to access the theme park/beach by tearing off the floor. Also, maybe if she pulls it to the left, the theme park is shown, if the right, then the beach is shown
I would love to see how Encanto would translate into a tv show, that sounds awesome! And my idea for Luisa's room is more a combination of the ideas. You enter the room to find yourself in a drab and common looking beachside cabin, stepping out you find the beach has some exercise equipment and relaxing spots, and in the distance is something, but given how Luisa is relaxing more, it's a lot closer, to reveal a beachside esc amusement park. If she's in the need of adrenaline for lifting, roller coasters are her go to, and if she needs a slower pace there's always the merry go round. And there could even be some "test your strength" games that are tailored to her needs. Easy enough for her to win them but challenging enough to not break it every time she uses it. And of course, snacks and treats, probably made by her mom and family! This really is interesting to think about actually, and fun to visualise how the rooms look. Also, for Dolores, while her powers are passive, she might have some minor control over it enough to make music and not be in pain when she does. Also, I'm now picturing Mirabel enters her room to talk to her, finds she's not there, and then step on the secret floorboards by accident and opens the secret room, finding Dolores jam out and the latter gets spooked upon finding she's been found out. Also also, when you mentioned Julieta's room, my mind instantly went to the flower room from Howls Moving Castle only with more agricultural things, including the outdoor kitchenette and a picnic area. That sounds nice.
I would love an Encanto series! Perhaps maybe just a slice of life from them, or maybe it could have an actual storyline. Like how now that the mountains surrounding the town have opened up, maybe the same horsemen that killed Pedro might want to steal the miracle and make it their own.
What I assume for each room idk just what I think Luisa: gym Pepa: room of clouds yeah I think that’s accurate Dolores: filled with noise sources or mutes to help her control hearing Camilo: probably the hardest assumption but a room filled with shapeshift forms Julieta: kitchen
Luisa’s room is supposed to be boring and made at of stone but there’s a hidden door that leads to a very fun theme park that she can act like little child having fun on a roller coaster she only knows about it if you read the book it will tell.
I saw a video earlier today actually that brought up an idea for Camilo's room where he would have a lot of mirrors to look at to perfect his shapeshifting skills and make them more accurate. An idea I had myself was that I feel like he is kind of a theatre person which can explain his powers because like, looking like other people is kinda like costumes and stuff. So I think Camilo's room would be a big theatre room with tons of costumes and props and the props can essentially shapeshift and like the theatre itself can add more chairs or change lights or sets and basically make it look like anything and he could put on plays for his family and the people in town.
Ngl, I'm hoping that if there is a series I'll be more focus on the family members. I've never theorized on the rooms but this is a really cute video and made me interested
0:31 Tbh the entire family could still use fleshing out in its own little 2D series like tangled got. Like, everyone seems to have acknowledged that there are massive glowering issues and wants to fix them but a series focusing on these issues actually slowly being fixed would help in giving these wonderful people more to do while making more dynamic characters out of them aswell
I think what I would want most out of any future Encanto....stuff.... would be an Encanto series, or even just a mini series. I'm honestly leaning towards the mini series because that gives some wiggle room to have longer episodes, giving more time to focus on said episode. Like a lot of people, I just want to know more about the family. It would be cool if an episode focused on the triplets when they were kids, showing a glimpse of how they grew up and their relationships with each other and their powers. An episode focusing on Luisa and Isabelle when they were younger and showing like the beginings of their stresses. An episode focusing on Mirabel journey to accepting that she doesn't have a power(because I remember hearing somewhere that at this point in the movie she had, for the most part, already gotten past the fact she doesn't have a power. Like she stopped aggressively wishing for a power and started trying to prove her worth as a "normal" person to the family). And of course some episodes focusing on the cousins and so on.
From the sounds of it, I think all the girls have been with the healing gift at one point

Yes. A million times yes. Camilo was the hardest to think of, but it an indoor cabana named The Chameleon sounds wonderful and zany, just like Camilo and his theatrical streak. Great thinking 🦎😻
Also chameleons can shift their color, like how camilo can shift his shape
I think his room would be a void since he can shapeshift he should be able to change the way his room looks like too he could make it look like a massive world or even become a god in his room

Where Abuela?
I heard that it was a room of mirros each reflecting every person he's shapeshifted to except himself
There's actually a deleted scene where Dolores was originally going to have the healing powers and we see her room. It was a chemistry lab/kitchenette where she'd make the healing agent that she bakes into food.
so she was originally going to have julieta's gift
so assuming that she was gonna have Julietas gift from this that would be how Jullietas room would be
Julieta 2
So her room is just a kitchen basically
@@averagegummywormfan A science lab
I've always imagined Camilo's room so be like this:
When you walk in, its just black, not like the lights are turned off, its like a void. When Camilo in there, he can make whatever he wants, he can make it look like an ordinary bedroom, a beach, a kitchen, you name it. He can customize all of the furniture and choose where he wants it to be etc. Like, he could have ANYTHING-
Another way I've thought about it is exactly like that but anyone can change it, like if Pepa goes into Camilo's room and she doesn't like the rug he thought of, boom, its a new rug. If Dolores doesn't want Camilo's room to look like a kitchen, poof, now its a living room.
I like this idea, but the first one I would prefer, that way no fights start over how it would look

Ahem. HE SAID THAT WAS LIKELY TO BE THE ROOM PART, NOT THE MAGIC PART
I never realized that
You know how Antonio has that one part of his room that has a wall and some green paint, and probably some pictures too? That's his room part. The magic part is the tree.
I remember the idea I had for Camilo's room was similar to the one described in the video- just chaos. Complete. Chaos- stairs that lead to nowhere, the room is constantly changing Harry Potter style and sometimes just right infront of the door something will appear and accidentally hurt someone, so Camilo tries not to let anyone into his room in fear they may get hurt
So like the Winchester mansion then? As a fan of that place, I'd dig it!

(X) Same
*Casita
The Encanto director said revealed that the further away Bruno felt from his family, the more stairs there'd be in his room
*Casita(La Casa Madrigal)
Here is what I think each room is:
Abuela: I agree with what you said
Julieta: A farm with a big kitchen and TONS of recipes and a room with a comfort therapy thing
pepa: Some type of cloud castle (Idk she likes weather)
Luisa: I agree with the stone place and secret door to the theme park
Camillo: I think Camillo would have what you thought Dolores would have, minus the orchestra. (I think this because he could go on a stage and perform him being himself or others)
Dolores: A cabin in the quiet woods with calm, nice sounds like a waterfall
antonio: Well, the jungle book lol
And we already know Isa, Mira, ect.
I hope u like my suggestions
Also ideas for the other rooms:
Luisa would have a hammock style bed or something to kick her feet up
Pepa would have something for calming her nerves with Felíx to enjoy too
Camilo would have a room that keeps shifting and changing like you said, but it’d be more like a dressing room you’d expect from actors
Dolores woykd have a music stage style room, but have a closet-like room that she can go into to decompress in silence unless someone knocks on the door.
Julietta I can see having a more farm look but I would also think she’d have a test kitchen deal with a special cook book of every recipe she knows in memory.
Luisa has a beach room with hammocks
You actually see Camilo conforting his mom in her room with raindrop wallpaper and then that would be the point where it turns into the magical room witch idk what that would be
Pepas room would be magically enhanced to handle all of her crazy weather whenever she has a breakdown or whatever.
Louisa's room would be designed to help her work with her strength but also have a different room where she can relax and have fun.
Camilos room would be constantly changing colors, wallpapers, furniture, window placing, etc,.
I have more ideas and I think I'm going to draw them in my sketchbook.
Maybe Julietta would have a sink that does the dishes for you too! 🤣 if your a baker or even if your not you know this would be awesome
Oh that would explain where does Camilo get the clothes when he shape shifts.
I really want that to happen.
Antonio could get in on it too and whenever he calls someone out and they ask how he knew, he can strike them dead with "a little birdy told me"

Just a theory, by the way: What if Mirabel's gift is her ability to speak to Casita. She's the only one who ever directly addresses Casita.
I would love that but i have a theory what if casita gives people the gifts and it did not give mirabel one bc she was meant to save the gift
Actually, there is concept art of Pepa’s room in “The Art of Encanto” book! There actually are clouds in the room, so you were pretty much spot on!
Right when Dolores got her own gift she also got her own room, which probably means she wouldn’t have to worry about the rain. Even thought she could hear Luisa’s eye twitch..

The fact that Dolores' room is soundproof is nice, but it opens a plot hole: she said she heard Luisa's eye "twitching all night", which wouldn't be possible if her room was soundproof (unless she snuck out like, all night, but I don't know, it seems like a leap...)

Alternative for Camilo’s room: it’s some massive costume room, and performing centre. Possibly even some like a convention hall. Multiple personas for performances, or multiple personas, for OCs.
Camilo is the ultimate theater kid 😂

@@TheSplitzFN I heard an idea that his room had a bunch of mirrors on the wall
I think Camilo could have mirrors, props and backgrounds so he can practice his impressions. It also would have furniture that’s stitched together to show how he doesn’t know who he wants to be yet but has one running theme that’s subtle to remind him if he digs deep enough he will find himself
i think hes name is camilo because chameleon can change colors
I like that idea
I would be open to an Encanto series. So many possibilities.
Yes! I'd love that :D
i feel like julieta feels a hell of a lot of anger deep down, seeing how everyone treats her daughters and knowing she cant help as much as she wants to. so honestly, as non-canon as it is, i like the idea of her having a separate little room with punching bags and skateboards and all the stuff teens do to rebel, cause she had to be perfect too, maybe every now and then she just wants to do something crazy and be a little less "level headed".
the edit was me fixing typos
Yeah, I think it is hard to remain levelheaded all the time. She probably has a lot of anxiety, much like her sister. But she hides it
I also have a theory that julieta was the "golden child" between the triplets since her gift is the most useful ( now Bruno and Peppa 's gifts are useful too but people misinterpreted Bruno's visions as negative and Peppa 's gift is next to impossible to control ) and you can't go wrong with it so she probably had the same pressure as Luisa where she was expected to always heal and cook for the whole village with a smiley face , i also wonder if she might have some feelings of guilt deep down like maybe she didn't always stick up for Bruno when he was being the black sheep of the family maybe she tried to comfort him in private but didn't call out her mom or the village for treating him as bad luck so when mirabel didn't get a gift and Bruno left she didn't want to repeat the same mistake with her daughter that she did with her brother and it's than that she started to speak up against her mother

So....each Madrigal family member may have a Greek mythology equivalent in a way?
@@ladielydkyd1281 wow, props to you for coming up with all that!

@@ladielydkyd1281 Persephone isn't a goddess of spring. In almost all regards she is more just an Under World God.
I always imaged it was just a huge kitchen with a bed
she honestly deserves the best
there was actually a design for a room based on her gift
And In Dolores room it should be like "Casita, turn on sound proof mode" it will be very nice!
I've been thinking about the magical bedrooms ever since the movie first came out and I think I have a decent idea of them now. With the exception of Alma's which is said to be a replication of her and Pedro's old home, each of the rooms' interiors follows 3 rules:
A series would be great to expand more on the entire family. Maybe eventually introduce a new family member with a new gift
Maybe Dolores’ and Mariano’s’ child
I feel like the series should be a documentary thing that one of the family members (eithers Mirabel or Camilo because theyre the obvious ones) records the whole day and it's just a fun thing. Sorta like with the Gravity Falls shorts when Mabel records her little videos.

OMG YES, EXACTLY! You can even see a door behind him during the song, this is THE strongest theory about Camilo's room, and personally what I believe it would be.
Eeeyee I think this too!
that sounds soooooooo accurate!
A room theory!
Omg that makes so much sense
This is a theory i came up with: What if we have actually seen Camilos room, during We don't talk about Bruno the soroundings change in matters of seconds like Camilo does so what if the song was performed in his room and later they went to the main hall.
Before I watch this video, I’d just like to think Dolores has sound-proofed walls and ceilings, not sure what the furniture material would be or how the furniture would be positioned but, I do know it would make sense for her to have a sound-proof room so she doesn’t have to constantly hear people talking and all.
Edit: This guy definitely had the same idea as me
I honestly feel like Dolores's room would have all the sounds that satisfy her
I choose to belive Juliana's room looks like a dark spooky potion lab with skulls bottles and bubbling cauldrons everywhere... Where she practices making the ULTIMATE ENCHILADA SAUCE because I think that's just funnier
And of course a place for her husband ✨
@@Prime_Ramzi yes... A little dog bed that reads "husband"
@@troperhghar9898 haha 😂😂
Yea but that was the story board when Dolores was the healer so it was more likely that the room is actually Mirabels mom’s room
Your theories are great to listen to, as usual. And yeah, Dolores' gifts seems like it'd be a real stress for both her and anyone who wanted any privacy in that community 😟
Luisa's room might be a two sided room in which side one is used to train her strength and the other side is just a chill area
Who is the guy ps'd onto the animated picture?? I see him everywhere but have no idea who he is

I like to think Julieta’s room being a herbalist’s shop that’s filled with different herbs and spices, as well as her being able to get any kind of material she needs for cooking food- prolly from some hanging trees that have its branches formed into the shape of baskets/containers lining the walls
It’d be really cozy but also spacious
Btw, Delores’s room couldn’t be soundproof since she gets kept awake by Luise’s eye-twitches
But then how'd she even hear her eye-twitching in the movi3
Maybe she means at night... in her way to the toilet or to get some late night snacks

So based on the story Antonio and Mirabel were roommates that leads me to believe that before Dolores got her gift she was in the same room that Mirabel lives in, and when she got her gift she got her room to live in
Yes, but everyone is prone to nightmares, and if she had one and ended up wanting to sleep in her parents room, well, I think you get the picture.
@@kanjigodomo9696 ah, yes that makes sense
the thing I love about pepas room is when he described what Dolores would’ve heard when sleeping in her moms room
Finn said “this is what I think she would’ve heard” then a political ad plays and it had me *ROLLING*
I got a Liberty Mutual ad with a DJ 🤣🤣🤣
Based on Luisa's second picture, it is now my headcannon that Madrigal pets also get doors, and that the Madrigals have a cat with amplified physical impossibility powers.
Cat gift: can warp space of itself and it's surroundings, it's room is full of mobius strips and those weird triangle things (quadrangles???)
Woah. Two Encanto videos two weeks in a row. Never thought you'd go so deep in a movie, especially since you've been doing mostly TV shows.
to be honest i love the fact that dolores' room is a soundproof room with a concert hall knowing that they cant explore the whole world because of the mountains makes sense that they should also know about music
i love dolores’s room idea!
but she does mention at one point that she herd luisa’s eye twitching all night
so it’s sadly highly unlikely
But that night was the night that Antonio received his gift, so everyone was awake celebrating instead of sleeping.
@@stewiegriffin8036 fair point
I feel like Julieta will need pepa to help grow the crops so whenever she is sad she can just go into Juliettes room and calm down because she knows she’s doing something right
I’ll add this to my list of “Favorite Headcannons from Encanto”. Have my like :)
Thats so cool!
considering Julieta's symbol is a mortar and pestle plus her power relates to food that heals i think her room would be some kind of apothecary mixed with a garden
*just a theory*
I think that Bruno had a better room when he was younger, with more childlike elements that made his room fun and maybe some sanctuary elements for his mental health, but when he left his room deteriorated and lost it's fun. If he came back to the house, I think it would return to it's better state.
I think they said somewhere that the room started to rot along with his reputation and eventual departure. Don't remember if it was in the movie or behind the scenes, but they said soemthing about it changing alongside with him, which makes sense, as it reflected his sense of isolation, and the stairs probably reflected the lengths he felt like he had to go to in order to just reach his destination, and my assumption would be that the bridge to the cave that was once there broke when he cut himself off from the family, mirroring how he felt like no matter how hard he tried, or how many stairs he climbed, he'd never be able to reach them
To her, the gentle sound of rain would probably sound like this:
“Great coke taste infused with with coffee. Coca Cola with coffee”
I think Camilo is more of a theatre geek then anything. I like to imagine a big theatre with Hamilton, mean girls, dear Evan Hansen, heathers, ect, just playing on the speakers! I love the changing furniture idea tho And the tornado!! There would also be mirrors here and there
Let's just thank him of how much work he put on this!
I think Delores' room also explains how she knew Bruno never left
If you look in one scene, Bruno's portrait is *right next* to Delores's door
🤯
Here’s what I think everybody’s room would look like:
Abuela: Her normal room from her old home
Julietta: I think her normal room part would be where her bed and stuff are, but there’d also be a kitchen there that she can practice recipes in. I think her transformation into her magic portion would definitely a farm full of things she could get for her food
Pepa: Your idea is the best to me
Bruno: Already seen it
Isabella: A room made of millions of different plants
Dolores: A normal room at first, but a secret door to a soundproof room full of instruments she can test
Luisa: I like the beach idea with the gym equipment. But I also think there could be a secret door that goes under the sand that leads to an underground water park or theme park.
Camilo: I think his would just be a normal room with 1 wall being a giant mirror that he can look into and try on new looks
Antonio: Obviously the rainforest
I think Isabella would make plants for her moms cooking
@@StormyDevon Ok
I think that Luisa’s room is the pink clouds from her song. Also you know how there is a little bit of foreshadowing when we meet Antonio? Well I think that there was probably that kind of foreshadowing for everyone. Like for Example, maybe Dolores liked es dropping so her gift ended up listening. Just an idea.
Dolores got that world record sound proof room that make you go insane 😭😭
I always thought there would be a lot of mirrors in his rooms where if he passes by it, it's a different person that is in the reflection while if a guest passes by it, it's their normal reflection
I would love an Encanto sequel!!!! I never gave much thought into julietta or Camillos room and I love how you described them!!! ❤️
For Luisa we see her using the outside hallway as a treadmill so I imagine that her room might have a couple of weights but not be focused on a gyms or workout area. And during the song surface pressure when she talks about how nice it must be to relax she is surrounded by pink clouds, donkey-unicorns. So maybe Luisa’s room is very child like with that cotton candy pink everywhere since she had to grow up so quickly.
Seeing luisa hold and play with a little pug makes my heart happy. 😍😌💖
these are great ideas, and I love your imagination! this very cool about how you thought about camilos room and Dolores room, especially juileta!
We absolutely need more Encanto
In the movie it actually shows a couple of screenshots of her room when Camilo is trying to calm her down
Isn't that the living room
What I assume for each room idk just what I think
Luisa: gym
Pepa: room of clouds yeah I think that’s accurate
Dolores: filled with noise sources or mutes to help her control hearing
Camilo: probably the hardest assumption but a room filled with shapeshift forms
Julieta: kitchen
Luisa’s room is supposed to be boring and made at of stone but there’s a hidden door that leads to a very fun theme park that she can act like little child having fun on a roller coaster she only knows about it if you read the book it will tell.
I hope there is a TV series exploring this
I saw a video earlier today actually that brought up an idea for Camilo's room where he would have a lot of mirrors to look at to perfect his shapeshifting skills and make them more accurate.
I love Camilo's room design
I like how Camilo's reference page on the wiki is filled to the brim with bush Jared confirming literally everything ever
Ngl, I'm hoping that if there is a series I'll be more focus on the family members.
I've never theorized on the rooms but this is a really cute video and made me interested
0:24 For a second I thought the house was on fire?
0:31 Tbh the entire family could still use fleshing out in its own little 2D series like tangled got. Like, everyone seems to have acknowledged that there are massive glowering issues and wants to fix them but a series focusing on these issues actually slowly being fixed would help in giving these wonderful people more to do while making more dynamic characters out of them aswell
This prison who made the video makes the rooms every Madrigal personality’s 👌☺️
