4:13 I don't know if it will help but you should extend your forearm beyond shoulder, but you should have a momentum like punch up when you do a kettlebell snatch.

you probably aren't standing all the way up from the chest. extend the spine more at the top

It’s in the extension and contraction of the triceps. You probably have a constant elbow flexion angle and it needs to carry throughout the movement
