I was there back in September 2024. Be prepared for some serious emotions both sad and happy. I say that because something very beautiful was born out of what happened there. The park is a very beautiful place. The feeling of hope and peace is overwhelming. Then things such as the story of Sadako Sasaki get me every time, such a brave and determined girl and an incredibly moving story. I have never felt so much peace and have never been in such a state of peace as I experienced during the time I spent there. The place will have an impact on you and may very likely change you forever, I know it did with me.

I would definitely pay my respects to this place. What happened at Hiroshima was horrific, and we need to remember and honour the past in order to never recreate it. Thank you for sharing this in such a beautiful way.

If you planning to visit Hiroshima, the Peace Memorial Park should definitely be near the top of your must-see list. There is so much to explore, and you could easily spend most of your day at the park and its various museums.

An island in the North Atlantic, I googled where this wonderful nature is.
I live a life that is too blessed with materials and convenience, but it may be the best luxury to live facing nature in such a place.
"Nature is pure and epic" is exactly this video🤗

ahaha, I`m sorry 😅 First of all, I was impressed to see "Chamorga to Faro de Anaga & Roque Bermejo hike". I watched this wonderful video of Hiroshima before writing a comment. It seems that a mistake has occurred there. This video of Hiroshima is also wonderful. I live in the prefecture next to Hiroshima 🙂✌

I was there, twice, in 1983 while stationed at MCAS Iwakuni. I'd love to go back and see it again someday but I'm pretty sure that will never happen.
