The ride feels so immersive with the 1st pov that you get actually invested in the story and kind of forget about being afraid.
For anyone who has ride anxiety: I have pretty intense ride anxiety and I was stressed before the ride, but had a very fun time after all!!! It is not intense at all. You are taken in front of different screens for a simulated experience. The seats do move, but no drops (even if they say so on the warning sign before the ride which is weird) and no upside down shenanigans. I had so much fun that I went back on as soon as it was over. Don't miss out on this very fun ride because of your anxiety like I almost did. Hop on and enjoy! If little kids can do it you can do it ❤️

I had the same experience. I was screaming from fear and from intense motion sickness. Everyone around me was happy but I thought I was dying. It was that crazy
Same! I've never been so close to vomiting on a ride. It took all of my willpower to keep it down from the moment the ride started. And I had to sit on the ground feeling AWFUL for at least an hour before I could get up. How are there not more comments like this?
This is definitely the coolest ride I've ever been on! I HATE rides but this was just enough thrill and the perfect amount of fantasy. Really felt like you were flying, and the animatronics are so close to you!
Do you get the drop stomach feeling in the ride? That's usually why I can't handle rides because when I get that feeling something in me makes me want to faint.
I just went on this ride today and absolutely loved it it was amazing I was smiling the entire time. Definitely recommend even if you don’t like Harry Potter
For those who are nervous, this is my favorite ride at the park! I have always been scared of roller coasters but this is different! It doesn’t go upside down and simply sometimes puts you on your back, there’s both real and simulation and it really feels like you’re flying!!! Don’t worry, it’s very fun. I believe in you!!!
PSA: if you’ve only queued in the single rider line you’ll miss out on the cool Hogwarts Castle Experience. It was ingenious that they added themed throughout the regular line to mitigate the perception of wait time while experiencing the magic of Harry Potter. Best theme park ride hands down.
@@musicgirl999 it’s the same for the new Mario Kart ride in Super Nintendo World in Hollywood. Single rider line cuts literally everything of the line theming. It’s good to go at least once then just use the single rider line.
When I went for my 15th birthday I was terrified to ride but I wanted to see the castle so the people let me do the whole walk-through and exit right at the boarding point
Thank you for posting this! I just returned from Los Angeles this evening and spent time at Universal Studios Saturday morning and afternoon, then again Sunday morning. I rode this ride five times and had the most amazing time, so much fun!
Dude- I went on this for the first time today (as of when I typed this) and I was NOT ready for the dementors. Scared the living crap out of me when they jumped out and followed us through the caves
I never get sick or nauseous on rides, but this almost did me in. Had to close my eyes halfway through because I was about to puke everywhere. The 3 other people that rode with me felt the exact same as I did. That's a ride I'll never get on again. I'll stick with the rollercoasters.
The ride has you moving sideways as well as jerking the seats up and down all while showing you a screen that tricks your brain into thinking that you’re flying and moving in a forward motion. This causes motion sickness.
Rode this for the first time about a month ago. The ride itself was amazing, as well as the queue, but the animatronics scared the crap out of me😂 I screamed so loud that my dad (who was sitting next to me) thought it was part of the ride🤣
This ride was INCREDIBLE!! I was at Universal for the first time a couple months ago and it was one of my best days ever!! I wanted to find a pov of this ride to experience it to some extent again! ❤️
This was my favorite ride by far! It's very immersive and exciting. It did a great job incorporating all the aspects of the Harry Potter Universe, the spider and dementors part hit way different from the movies. I rode it four times and never got tired of it, truly a great ride for the Harry Potter fanatic.
If you have motion sickness , you will thank me for warning you to not bother. I spent a few minutes in hell feeling like my insides were a shaken up soda can . And I even took motion sickness medicine.
You took motion sickness medicine? Oh no. Pardon my asking, but does Star Tours over at Disney make you sick without any medication or remedies? Just for comparison sake
If you are scared of rollercoasters but want to get over your fear, this ride is amazing! The ride is actually relaxing to me! (I have major rollercoaster anxiety). The worst party is the ride is a bit jerky, so it moves a ton. However the only drops are simulated. Meaning you are in 4D and they tilt you down instead of a full drop. No upsidedown motion except it tilts you far back within the seat (the seat has a back rest). it moves faster at times and slower at others!
2:48 this was one of the first times i think i was really and truly blown away by ride effects, at least as an adult who "knows better" now (i grew up in Southern California and day trips to Disneyland were common for me and mine, so i've pretty much always had a good grasp on theme park rides). the video here really doesn't do it justice--the combination of the sound, vapor, (not mist) heat, and lighting makes it seem like the dragon really IS breathing fire at you and it's AMAZING :D unfortunately, the dementors are kinda hokey by comparison (they unfortunately don't show up well in the video here)
i’m going to be serious… i am NOT a ride person at all. i read all these comments saying “this is not scary at all” and “i hate rides and this was so fun”. the comments convinced me to go on as well as the lady working the ride who said it was like “transformers” and “spider-man” except your feet dangle. i was a little scared because you get strapped in overhead. when the ride started; i immediately got a bad feeling and held in super tight. not even halfway through the ride i started closing my eyes and eventually had an awful panic attack due to terrible anxiety. i was crying by the time i got off and couldn’t feel my arms by then. so end of story: if you have BAD BAD anxiety and do not do well with rides, maybe sit this one out. (it does go half upside down, goes backwards & sideways, and gives the impression of falling and dropping.) was a cool ride if you enjoy intense rides!!
When I first was in line for this ride I started crying then when I was off the ride my eyes where closed the whole time, but now I'm going again and this time I'm going to smile the whole time.
This thing tried to kill me. It was the first time I've ever experienced motion sickness but it was bad enough to put me in a wheelchair for the rest if the day. When I got off a cast member was cleaning up someone else's puke. When I went into first aid looking for a place to lie down they had a special logbook for people getting sick from this ride. In fact the first question they asked when I went in was "you rode forbidden journey?" Never again. But if it doesn't make you sick gave fun!
I know Disney might be the kings of entertainment, but Universal REALLY knows how to make a ride. Even the places where you wait in line are so marvelously crafted. And not to even mention the rides themselves. Definitely my favorite theme park.
i went on this ride last week… this is by far the scariest ride ive ever been on just with how close you get to everything. the part in the chamber of secrets tho has to be one of the coolest things i’ve ever experienced. i don’t have issues with most rides but i was screaming the whole time on this because it was all so real and in your face
Just got back from our trip to Universal. This ride made me so sick. It took me a hour to getting to feel better.. It was hot and humid inside. Im so mad because I normally don't get sick on rides.
Great ride but be careful if you’re a larger person. The first time I rode it they clicked it too tight and it was awful for a bit. You do move around a lot which loosens things up but if the ride gets stuck you’re screwed. Second time I rode it they didn’t jam it as far as it could go and it was a blast.
I can still remember this ride from earlier this year. It really moves you around a lot so much it’s like you are really there. It’s so much more movement then any 3d ride ever. You get up close and personal with the creatures and feel the fire breathing because the dragon is real and the dementor is real and the spider. And you really flying every where. Not a still ride. It’s very unique. It’s scary but so cool especially for a potter head
I went on this ride for the first time today and I have extreme ride anxiety. If you are scared to go on it, there aren’t any real falls/dips only simulated ones. The worst things that happened was going on our backs. Although that might seem bad you are supper secure in the seats. I would definitely recommend this ride even with ride anxiety.
This is the best ride EVER! I will say, the line was very very long… I guess that is what to expect from such an amazing ride! 10/10 absolutely LOVED! ❤️❤️
This ride is so much fun! I’m usually super scared of rides because I can feel in my stomach so bad but this one is just awesome. I got on it 3 times. So don’t be cared to get on this one I promise you will love it. If you get scared close your eyes and you won’t feel anything. It’s a simulator.
Bro this is my fav ride but the whomping willow part always gets me cuz of how massive the tree looks and how close it gets to you and the dementors scare the living crap outta me too🤣
I’m obsessed with that ride that I never want to leave. I love flying and that was close to making me feel like I can fly. I recommend trying it and don’t be scared. You’re gonna love it.
Here’s a little story for anyone who might be scared of this ride~ S9ftie remembers for one of their birthdays (maybe 8 or 9)they went to the Harry Potter rides but they were way to small to ride, it sucked. So they went next year! (Either 9 or 10 years old.) they were so nervous at first but once they actually got through it, it was really fun! It’s not scary until the whomping willow almost hits you or until Hadgrid throws you back. And if you’re still kinda small it feels like you’re slipping off your seat but your safe!
I’m never riding a ride ever again. Me and my family were stuck on the chairs mid air because the ride stopped working. I was literally in tears but after 20-30 mins they turned it back on
I could never ever rides any Harry Potter rides back in the day. The lines used to go so far into the general public walking around inside islands of adventure
I went on it yesterday when there was barely any people there , and it was probably the best ride I’m ever gonna go on. Because of how empty it was I went on the ride again. The scenery when you’re entering the castle is absolutely beautiful! I def recommend going on this ride if u go to islands of adventure.
I’m super scared of roller coasters and any kind of drops. This ride was the perfect thrill and didn’t push me out of my comfort zone. You don’t go upside down but you do lay flat on your back and a bit further at times. The line experience is amazing and anyone should try thus
I’ve always hated roller coasters for my entire life but this one ride changed my perspective fully. I remember there was one day i was obsessed with this ride so much I went on it like 4 times in a row. And also the seat that your sitting on during the ride moves intensely and shakes a lot during the ride so the in person experience it way better.
I really loved this ride because I went there yesterday and I rode it 3 times (with the VIP pass) and it was spooky at first but I liked it the other 2 times.
We experienced this incredible ride back in January 2020, just before COVID-19 hit, however it was in Los Angeles' branch! Everything in this Hogwarts branch is the same as in LAX. Great ride!
For those who are scared of this ride don’t be. If you are scared of feeling high up just remember you will not fall down and you are not Evan 15 feet of the ground. Those who are scared for drops there are extremely tiny drops. The biggest drop is 5 feet and it happens a soon you start the ride and there is no stomach dropping feeling on that drop. And u don’t Evan go upside down at all u go on your back but slightly more. This ride is really fun and no stomach dropping feeling which is amazing.
I got very close to throwing up on the Avatar ride at WDW Animal Kingdom. Is this ride just as bad? Going there next month and debating whether to skip this ride or not…
That ride was real fun, only problem is I’m claustrophobic and they strap you in really tightly 😥 that was the scariest part for me, but I loved the visuals
Rode that in Osaka and it was really funny hearing all of them voiced in Japanese. Still one of the best rides I have ever been to. The dementors even sucked the air in front of you like a vacuum. Very cool, and scary.
My sister fell in love with harry potter because of this ride. I have been a huge fan harry potter for about 3-4 years now and have tried to share it with my sister. she never had the time or motivation to do so. so on our trip to universal studios Hollywood during this years spring break, this was the first ride we went on. My sister loved the attraction! it gave her drive to read all of the books. she is now done with them all and is on movie 4. Great ride!
For a person who does ent really like roller coasters that much and doesn’t like intense rides, And i was hesitant to go on this ride, im really glad I went on bc this is probably the best ride at universal Hollywood
for anyone who hasn’t been on this ride before, it may LOOK scary but it’s not at all. for me the dragon was a bit of a jump scare, but it’s not right in your face. the ride is overall SUPER fun and my favorite in the park. 11/10 recommended especially to harry potter fans❤
If you are sitting on the far right of the bench, the dragon is absolutely in your face. Went yesterday and got blasted directly in the face with dragon 'fire' haha my hair flew everywhere
I'm a bit of a Rollercoaster enthusiast and a huge Harry Potter fan, so I was really excited about this. I enjoyed the props and the castle and was pumped up by the extra features too. One thing I didn't think about was that 3D movies makes me a bit nauseous. And when that bit of nausea combines with a jerky ride, even when it's not really that intense compared to other rides, the nausea can be unbearable. Maybe it's me getting old, but I never had this problem with other much faster rides. I gotta warn those who get dizzy by 3d videos, or can't use VR devices for same reasons. This can be pretty rough. real shame since I waited a long line and was really looking forward to it
I went on this magical attraction with my parents 6️⃣ years ago in May. We had a blast even though Harry Potter isn't my dad's cup of tea. Aragog with his 🕷️ 👪 and the Death Eaters really scared the **** out of us when the bench flew us directly to these sequences that we saw together that day.
For anyone watching this and feeling scared. Trust me, I hate rollercoasters and attractions over all. I am truly afraid of speeds, and the feeling of no control. For some reason I decided to go in this anyway yesterday, and it was the best experience ever. What comforted me was the fact that this is NOT a rollercoaster. This is just a bench thats shaken around a lot and even put on its back which is honestly the only scary thing. You get the feeling that you’re flying because of the wind and movements of the bench. But if you feel afraid, just look away to the person to your left or right, you immediately kind of disconnect from the whole feeling.
absolutely do not ride this if you have pretty bad claustrophobia. it got stuck half upside down in the dark and i couldn't move and had the worst panic attack of my life. blacked out and spent the rest of the day puking. wish i could enjoy it because the ride and fx are stunning but it wasn't for me. my gf loved it lol
I loved this ride…I remember one time I got on it though and the ride had to stop for some reason…and of course the part it stopped for us was the spiders…and we were right in front of a big spider…and that wasn’t even the scariest part 😅 The thunder would just happen randomly but it was still amazing and I felt like that made the ride a bit more thrilling than it already was!
I’d be more scared if it stopped at that one part during the willow where you’re on your back leaning almost upside down and way off to the side right as you’re leaving the area
@@yvonybabor4748 Nope. There’s a little part where you think you do but…it’s just your head and you feel better right after…just a little dip…like in your car…nothing bad at all I promise
Thankyou for dropping this up here. What is the deal of it going on the side is all the video on the side wall? How much does the ticket cost in here and is it under the universal ticket price?
I rode this ride back in may and it was awesome. The thing that scared me was the dragon animatronic and the dementor. But all in all this was such a cool experience
As someone who has really bad arachnophobia, that is definitely something I would hate and have to close my eyes during. But it does seem like a cool ride.
This would be the first ride I would go to every time we go to Universal Studios. I didn’t like it at first but when I went in the 2nd or 3rd time I liked it. One of my favorite rides.
Obviously a great ride and pretty good mixture of using projection screens alongside actual physical sets. My only wish is that they would've made some (preferably all) of the characters into practical animatronics. Aside from the portions of the ride like when Ron and Harry are flying together (where physical animatronics wouldn't be able to do), some real animatronics would be dope. Like, at 3:03 how hard would it be to make a waist-up animatronic for that little scene? I'm just nitpicking here, but I would LOVE to see parks move further and further away from projection screens in favor of physical sets/animatronics. Cool ride though.
The rumored Monster E-Ticket attraction for Epic Universe is actually rumored to be using the same Forbidden Journey ride system, but ditch screens entirely, which is a very good sign.
@@GoogalyB I’ve also heard that the vehicles for that ride are going to be a new and improved version of the kuka arm benches in Forbidden Journey that don’t block your peripheral view like they do in FJ. I am incredibly excited for that park to open. I can’t remember another time that I’ve been looking forward to a new ride/park as much as I am for Epic Universe.
It is a blend of Soarin' over California with the intense themes and adventure as Indiana Jones in Disneyland or Dinosaur in Florida. It's not as harsh as one might think. It's pretty stellar~ Your vehicle is an arm on a moving track below you, and it carries you about the scenes and screens. It gives you the feeling of flight as you go along. I found it so fun that we went on it a second time. Of course, some who are easily prone to motion sickness should be careful because the motion in the screens are pretty dizzying.
i went on this ride feeling confident returned feeling more confident felt like i was flying, i was screaming for the first half of ride, it was thrillingly fun my dad said he passed out then woke up when we were facing the dementors, the 2 other men beside looked like they had fun too mom just showed her sister from the philippines diagon alley fun times
My first experience was i waited an 2 hour line just to find out I didn’t fit because I was to chubby y’know I’m not mad I didn’t fit I’m mad because they place the test car in the back before you get on
I was clicked into the harness and it was locked down with two clicks. They said it needed to click one more time but I couldn’t get it to so they kicked me off the ride. Guess I’m too big too bro. I felt bad for my daughter ha
When I first rode this, I had no idea on what it was like or had any clue on the series yet this was still the best ride at the park for me. After watching all the movies and riding it again, this is such a fantastic attraction.
Did they add a screen scene to the dementor section? I just went this past weekend and felt like I saw extra decorations such as the skull the basilisk comes out of in the second movie and a screen scene where a dementor is trying to perform the kiss. it also had a lot more till backwards to make it feel like you were gonna go upside-down. I told my husband I felt like they added to the ride and didn't like it. the tilting too far back started making me feel nauseas.

Does it make you feel nauseous though?
@@terencesdurag2823 It didn’t make me nauseous, but if you’re really motion sick, I’d be careful when it’s your first time. It’s not too bad
@@SpiderManN0ir I dont have motion sickness but i heard the motion can be bad
@@terencesdurag2823 I guess for the simulation parts it can be, but it gives you a bit of a break when you go to actual props and stuff
@@SpiderManN0ir oh okay thank you
Favorite ride. I loved how you felt like you were flying. Wish I could go on it one more time.
When you were flying was it fast
@@itachiuchiha7594 yeah it was but it was cool
do you go upside down???
@@evie.ragas.beauty.3850 no but it lies you on your back a couple of times but it's not bad. Very fun ride
Do you get the drop stomach feeling in the ride at all???
“Showing off for your muggle admirers, *Potter* ?!”
*LOVED* seeing Draco on the ride 🐍 It was such a great surprise!
PSA: if you’ve only queued in the single rider line you’ll miss out on the cool Hogwarts Castle Experience. It was ingenious that they added themed throughout the regular line to mitigate the perception of wait time while experiencing the magic of Harry Potter. Best theme park ride hands down.
I definitely agree! I have waited in both the regular line and single rider and loved going through Hogwarts!
Oh my goodness, the memories. Ok, I went here in early 2017 for a school field trip to Orlando and it was so much fun
A SCHOOL FIELD TRIP?! our school field trips are to the cemetery- i-

Dude- I went on this for the first time today (as of when I typed this) and I was NOT ready for the dementors. Scared the living crap out of me when they jumped out and followed us through the caves
I hated when the chair kinda went upside down
Those are so scary LOL
Is it just me or do I feel like I hate scary animatronics
Good to know! (Cool profile)
Does it have any drops ? I hate roller coasters so I’m
Not trying to experience that
I never get sick or nauseous on rides, but this almost did me in. Had to close my eyes halfway through because I was about to puke everywhere. The 3 other people that rode with me felt the exact same as I did. That's a ride I'll never get on again. I'll stick with the rollercoasters.
Do you have motion sickness?
@@terencesdurag2823 I don't get motion sickness but this ride is pretty bad in that respect.
@@DaveSmith-cp5kj Alright thank you
@@terencesdurag2823I sometimes do
The ride has you moving sideways as well as jerking the seats up and down all while showing you a screen that tricks your brain into thinking that you’re flying and moving in a forward motion. This causes motion sickness.
This ride is awesome I’ve been on it for the first time yesterday and it was so cool I would definitely go multiple times
I did this in 2015 with my family when i was 12 years old. i cant describe the nostalgia of watching this video. The best holiday ive ever been on
Rode this for the first time about a month ago. The ride itself was amazing, as well as the queue, but the animatronics scared the crap out of me😂 I screamed so loud that my dad (who was sitting next to me) thought it was part of the ride🤣
I watched this video so many times before going on the ride about a month ago and I was still suprised at times. Favorite ride at the park.
As a Potterhead. I went on this for the first time! I was a bit nervous but really excited! I was surprised on how good it is!!!!
This ride was INCREDIBLE!! I was at Universal for the first time a couple months ago and it was one of my best days ever!! I wanted to find a pov of this ride to experience it to some extent again! ❤️
I went on this ride before I started watching Harry Potter and it was still amazing! 10/10!!!
This was my favorite ride by far! It's very immersive and exciting. It did a great job incorporating all the aspects of the Harry Potter Universe, the spider and dementors part hit way different from the movies. I rode it four times and never got tired of it, truly a great ride for the Harry Potter fanatic.
❤🎉😊
If you have motion sickness , you will thank me for warning you to not bother. I spent a few minutes in hell feeling like my insides were a shaken up soda can . And I even took motion sickness medicine.
You took motion sickness medicine? Oh no. Pardon my asking, but does Star Tours over at Disney make you sick without any medication or remedies? Just for comparison sake
Eat slugs 💀

If you are scared of rollercoasters but want to get over your fear, this ride is amazing! The ride is actually relaxing to me! (I have major rollercoaster anxiety). The worst party is the ride is a bit jerky, so it moves a ton. However the only drops are simulated. Meaning you are in 4D and they tilt you down instead of a full drop. No upsidedown motion except it tilts you far back within the seat (the seat has a back rest). it moves faster at times and slower at others!
2:48 this was one of the first times i think i was really and truly blown away by ride effects, at least as an adult who "knows better" now (i grew up in Southern California and day trips to Disneyland were common for me and mine, so i've pretty much always had a good grasp on theme park rides). the video here really doesn't do it justice--the combination of the sound, vapor, (not mist) heat, and lighting makes it seem like the dragon really IS breathing fire at you and it's AMAZING :D
unfortunately, the dementors are kinda hokey by comparison (they unfortunately don't show up well in the video here)
We went on this at Universal Studios Halloween horror nights. Wow! It's completely immersive. Best ride of the night.
I love the ambiance just that darkness with the ambient music playing behind and of course the ride is just so fun!
Greetings! May I use this footage in a video I'm making about scariest dark ride moments? I will give your channel full credit.
i’m going to be serious… i am NOT a ride person at all. i read all these comments saying “this is not scary at all” and “i hate rides and this was so fun”. the comments convinced me to go on as well as the lady working the ride who said it was like “transformers” and “spider-man” except your feet dangle. i was a little scared because you get strapped in overhead. when the ride started; i immediately got a bad feeling and held in super tight. not even halfway through the ride i started closing my eyes and eventually had an awful panic attack due to terrible anxiety. i was crying by the time i got off and couldn’t feel my arms by then. so end of story: if you have BAD BAD anxiety and do not do well with rides, maybe sit this one out. (it does go half upside down, goes backwards & sideways, and gives the impression of falling and dropping.)
was a cool ride if you enjoy intense rides!!
Me and my stepfamily are in California right now and we went to Universal Studios yesterday. I went on this and it was my number one favorite ride.
Do you have motion sickness?
aww sorry to hear about that😢
Great ride but be careful if you’re a larger person.
I am not someone to get motion sick on roller coaster, but this one was brutal with the screens. I felt so sick!
this ride was so intense, when the dragon sneezed on me I literally died on the inside.
Here’s a little story for anyone who might be scared of this ride~
S9ftie remembers for one of their birthdays (maybe 8 or 9)they went to the Harry Potter rides but they were way to small to ride, it sucked.
I was literally in tears but after 20-30 mins they turned it back on
I went on this last week first time ever going to universal studios Hollywood the ride was awseome
Same!!! My favorite ride by far
I went to universal studios Hollywood in 2015 lol
Does it have any drops ?
@@shainacarter1922 no but it’s so scary but fun
I went on it 3 years ago and I cried lol going there again and I’m gonna enjoy it!
I could never ever rides any Harry Potter rides back in the day. The lines used to go so far into the general public walking around inside islands of adventure
Today, we lost Hagrid!
also DumbleDore (Michael Gambon) and McGonagall (Maggie Smith) as well too.
Just went today. Had to lay on a bench for an hour afterwards lol. I'm never getting on this again. 😕
Same. I laid on a table for an hour.
when I went on this ride it was hard to process what was going on and what to look at
I really loved this ride because I went there yesterday and I rode it 3 times (with the VIP pass) and it was spooky at first but I liked it the other 2 times.
This ride felt so real I was literally waving back to them at the end.
2:13 "Hi Hagrid bye hagrid"
lol
We experienced this incredible ride back in January 2020, just before COVID-19 hit, however it was in Los Angeles' branch!
Everything in this Hogwarts branch is the same as in LAX. Great ride!
One of the best things I've ever done in my whole life. I love this ride so dang much. Can't wait until I do it again💞💞🌂✨🐍⚡
Loved this ride that I rode it 3 times in a row when it had a 25 minute wait
I got very close to throwing up on the Avatar ride at WDW Animal Kingdom. Is this ride just as bad? Going there next month and debating whether to skip this ride or not…
Definitely recommend you skip it
That ride was real fun, only problem is I’m claustrophobic and they strap you in really tightly 😥 that was the scariest part for me, but I loved the visuals
I recently went on it in Florida and it was so intense but fun!
I love that ride so much. Everyone has to ride it eventually.
Do you get sick on it?
I can definitely see little kids freaking out over the spiders and dementors. They are right in your face
Does it make you sick tho?
If you are sitting on the far right of the bench, the dragon is absolutely in your face. Went yesterday and got blasted directly in the face with dragon 'fire' haha my hair flew everywhere
False, it is very scary
Not to be that guy but it’s actually dementors not death eaters
I have never been to universal studios and I don't love drops, can someone let me know if there is a lot of drops on the please
I don’t like drops either but this one doesn’t have any!! You just spin in your harness
absolutely do not ride this if you have pretty bad claustrophobia. it got stuck half upside down in the dark and i couldn't move and had the worst panic attack of my life. blacked out and spent the rest of the day puking. wish i could enjoy it because the ride and fx are stunning but it wasn't for me. my gf loved it lol
i have beef with that mfin spider
Rode this for the first time yesterday. WOW. My mind was blown.
Oh noo!! My brother would be absolutely petrified!!
Edit: It actually happened to me too now lol
I’d be more scared if it stopped at that one part during the willow where you’re on your back leaning almost upside down and way off to the side right as you’re leaving the area
@@becausewhy238 that actually happened to me a couple weeks ago lol
Do you get the drop stomach feeling in the ride at all???
@@yvonybabor4748 Nope. There’s a little part where you think you do but…it’s just your head and you feel better right after…just a little dip…like in your car…nothing bad at all I promise
Thankyou for dropping this up here. What is the deal of it going on the side is all the video on the side wall? How much does the ticket cost in here and is it under the universal ticket price?
the transitions on this ride are just 👌👌👌👌
I rode this ride back in may and it was awesome. The thing that scared me was the dragon animatronic and the dementor. But all in all this was such a cool experience
I remember taking my mom on this and I didn’t tell her about the spiders part
Lmao
As someone who has really bad arachnophobia, that is definitely something I would hate and have to close my eyes during. But it does seem like a cool ride.
@@nova14414 I have arachnophobia and... yeah the spiders weren't a fun thing to watch AT ALL
This would be the first ride I would go to every time we go to Universal Studios.
Of course, some who are easily prone to motion sickness should be careful because the motion in the screens are pretty dizzying.
i went on this ride feeling confident
returned feeling more confident
felt like i was flying, i was screaming for the first half of ride, it was thrillingly fun
my dad said he passed out then woke up when we were facing the dementors, the 2 other men beside looked like they had fun too
mom just showed her sister from the philippines diagon alley
fun times
Dementors absolutely scared me as they were so insanely close. I actually screamed.
The flying felt so real!
