Did anyone else notice that in Goblet of Fire Harry and Ron predict the 3 Triwizard Tasks? Burns (the dragon), losing a treasured possession (Ron getting abducted by the mermaids) and coming up short in a battle (Cedric dying, and Voldemort being resurrected).
Or how Ron predicted Moaning Myrtle's cause of death? When talking about Tom Riddle, the group wondered how he got his award for services to the school. Ron mentions how maybe he did everyone a favor by killing Myrtle.
Or how Trelawny predicted Dumbledore's death? In Prisoner of Azkaban, she is asked to join a table of 12 people for Christmas, but she fears that at a table of 13, the first person to rise will die first. Unbeknownst to anyone, Scabbers (AKA Peter Pettigrew) is ALREADY at the table, meaning there ALREADY were 13 people before Trelawny joined. And who was the first one to rise up and invite Trelawny? DUMBLEDORE!
OR how Trelawny predicted Hermione leaving Divination class? In Prisoner of Azkaban she predicts how around Easter they will forever lose one of their own. Hermione leaves the class around Easter.
