I only agree with this because he has a lot of different screams throughout his 5 albums, whereas now in his 6 one he doesn’t do a lot of them probably cause of the strain on his voice from doing for so long and plus cause he wrote all 5 of his albums by himself. And then for Chester, his screams do sound alike, but either way, still a very good vocalist, amazing musician who will live in everyone’s heart, but if anything not everyone’s opinion is wrong we are allowed to have our own opinions, and I personally think Ben Won. Cause he can scream, but does also have a growl he uses when he does some, cause in a lot of these you hear him doing a scream whereas the one for The Diary of Jane for the line “What have I become” definitely I would like say is a growl, but if not in between a growl and scream.

Yeah I like both Chester and Ben. But I personally prefer Chester over Ben. Because screaming and growling is like the same thing because there's nothing different about that. Because Chester uses his diaphragm with screen singing like yelling. Because that amps up his high screaming intensity and aggression.

I've seen a ton of way better clips of Ben "screaming" then what's showed here. It seems like this person is obviously a Linkin Park fan. I, personally, am a Breaking Benjamin fan. Ben and Chester use different scream techniques. Chester uses false chord screams and heck he's one of the best, if not the best, in that kind. Ben uses more of fry, it's more of using the tissues at the back of the throat probably the soft pallet to make sound so a lot of air goes through the nose so he can't sustain it for long.

This is kind of a dumb comparison video seeing that the two singers have very VERY different vocal styles and techniques. First of all they’re in two completely different genres of rock. Linkin Park is a Nu Metal band and Breaking Benjamin is a Alternative Metal band. It’s like comparing 90s Pop to Hair Metal. They’re both talented but very different. I do still consider Chester’s screams much more developed and overall harder to pull off while Burnley has a more growl focus vocal style. Both are great, but in their respective categories.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Ben, but u gotta take into consideration, most of the clips of Linkin Park from this are from live performances, whereas BB most of them are studio versions, and honestly, Ben may be amazing in the studio, but he isn't amazing live, where Chesters screams hold up just as much, if not better live than in the studio.

Ben has been sick, so earlier he couldn't scream as well. I can't sing or scream though. I'll stick to guitar. Like Ben, I have illnesses... Some are incredibly painful, keeping me from playing much at all.
