As a UK-based property developer and investor, I must say I’m genuinely impressed by this house. It’s finished with excellent taste and is priced very reasonably. Full marks to the developer for this. This particular property has nearly convinced me to invest in Nigeria.
I join my faith with your faith and say GOD will give us resources to build mansions bigger and better than this within the next 2 years IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME AMEN!
Confidence has earned her place as the luxury home guru. I noticed all her listings are always the best luxury listings. Iam torn between your cowrie creek listing with elevaor and this latest one. The presentation is excellent.
we love your drone work in this rich estates do show is that estate which is more than banana island that they refuse u entering in steven previous video is it called shoreline estate.
A gorgeous residence!!! My concern is that if I were to invest N630 million, it might get demolished by Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State government 🤔. Everyone I know has halted all investments in Lagos.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL home!!! But why all that garbage in the neighborhood??? And why are these houses so close together for $420K USD??? If you fart loud your neighbors will hear! I definitely would need more land.
This house is good for 10m. No parking. You can't call police for prompt response. Power and water are self generated. Access to the house is untarred. It's endless.
There are places you can’t call police for prompt response overseas as well. Besides most communities like this in Nigeria are EXTREMELY secure. Their gates are manned 24/7 and you can’t enter the neighborhood unless you can prove you have an appointment there.
How come a house of this price doesn't have a separate laundry room, why is the washing machine in the kitchen. The money is not walk in the park. That's ridiculous amount indeed
At current minimum wage levels of ca. 30k per month, the minimum wager will have to work 1750 years to buy one of this. If Minimum wage goes up to 100k per month, that duration reduces to 525 years! I am sure many will quickly comment that the worker of low wages should not live in a house like this. The truth is many work in these houses are drivers, cooks, gardners, child minders, ... End result: The propensity to take to crime is high. The 'rich man' who owns the home will at some point feel less secure and periodically escape to safer countries to enjoy his wealth. Eventually the family will japa permanently and he remains a lonely sad character in his mansion! One of the reasons the places he escapes to have less crime is affordable housing. You certainly will not get planning permission for your luxury development in places like the UK unless you integrate affordable housing into the mix. I just hope those pushing extreme kuxury living (and beating their chests about it) like Eden Oasis, Makarios, Sujimoto, ... can see the link between affordable housing and a future stable Nigeria and start to advice policy makers accordingly.
People listen, do not carry your hard earned money that you sweated for to go buy a property or invest there in Nigeria, it’s a criminal enterprise going on there as we speak. A country with no government, no laws or justice. “With your certified documents, a stranger can walk into your house and tell you that is the rightful owner of your house or that the house is mark down for demolition and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, nothing!
U are very gud in house tour but u tour empty house's, I think u should stop touring empty house's and start touring fully furnished homes, because it help viewers to get to feel luxury means

Amazing video, please tell your editor to calm down with the transition or use a more subtle one like a basic film dissolve

Also, Hollywood need to start showing these types of places in their movies.
Nigeria has NOLLYWOOD. so nollywood has to start showing it

Guy you nor get the money stop the story😂😂
By God's grace I will buy a house like this next year.
What a masterpiece, only if there's sufficient drainage in Lekki to avoid looking for boat when it rains
Keep it up with the quality of the videos ❤
Thank you.
Is this house still available?
Hello. This house is no longer available, but we have other great options. Would you be interested in seeing them?
@@edenoasis hello. Do you have other houses exactly like this one?
Hello. Yes we have similar properties.
My friend abeg don't insult my mind here! This is not a "house." It's a MANSION. or Home!
This house worth more than it actual price, it's well designed and perfectly finished ✅️
Totally!👍🏾
Looks more like a work of art than a practical family home
Why are the walls so short?
Naija ❤
Is there a plan of this house?
Pls is this property still available
STOP! shaking the camera up and down in transition from scene-to-scene LOL!
Damn beautiful edifice
It's probably sold already.❤
Is this still available
Très belle maison 🏠 qu'Allah me donne les moyens d'en acheter ❤
Key note, there shouldn’t have been laundry in the kitchen. Modern homes have utility rooms where laundry and related items are stored.
Is this still available please
Hello. Kindly call the numbers in the description for more enquiry
Thillionar love you taste legalen, adorable , excellent ❤🎉
Abeg, naija get beautiful houses
Beautiful everything, but I have a question: Is it against the law to use a different color for the floors in Nigeria?.
I will surely buy a property from u soon
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL home!!! But why all that garbage in the neighborhood??? And why are these houses so close together for $420K USD??? If you fart loud your neighbors will hear! I definitely would need more land.
This days $420k, will not even buy you a 4 bedroom in a poor area in Uk 🇬🇧 London, this is a give away for those who can afford it
3.07 performing other activities :)

I live in the US and there are areas where the roads are unpaved, especially on the country side.
@@Moabayi-yf6ul Better to live in the sticks in the USA than there.

Where exactly in lekki is this? You cannot just say in the heart of lekki. Whereeee in lekki?
We need more greener living 😅
