They are stock headlights the sport models come with black housings and the body kit is also stock oem kit

Are you referring to the top part or the grill or bottom? The top part has adhesive so you have to run a knife thru it.
what type a grit did you use to sand the headlights?
I started with like 400 wetsanding don't do it dry. Then go up from there to about 1500 should do it
These cars burn oil because of the PCV design in my opinion. I took off my intake and there were pools of oil inside.

Yes if it's cracked on the inside you can't fix that but if it's all outside yes it will work
